Hotel is within easy walking distance of Budapest's Kelenföld rail station, with both rail service to western Hungary and the Budapest metro system. Room was fine, a standard Ibis product, small but all that was needed. Room was warm, and a/c was limited due to the summer heat in Hungary. Breakfast was the same both mornings - cold cuts, cheese, an a few warm dishes - tasty and filling, if not exciting. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, albeit there was a bit of a wait when I arrived to pick up a bag that I had stored for the day. Wifi was solid - had a video conference, and had no problem with bandwidth.
Not much in the way of places to eat within an easy walking distance. There are some spots at the rail station, but they close comparatively early. Rooms were not large, but if you are spending the day exploring, you are not spending time in your room.
