The staff, as always were exceptional! They were friendly, professional and very helpful.
The general dining area looked like it needed a deep clean. Dusty lights and display items were quite noticeable. On our first breakfast, the service was very slow, even for a cup of tea. Our experience with e-Remo was disappointing, having dined there before.

Great location
We paid for a deluxe king room and were only given a standard king room. I advised a staff member at reception but she offered no solution or compensation for paying extra as I’d booked through booking.com Basically suggested I should have booked direct.
