This was a great place to stay for our first trip to Madrid. The location made it easy for us to get around. There were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which gave us plenty of room! Communication with the host was good, and we were able to check in early, which was helpful, as we needed to sleep after our long flight from the U.S. I would definitely stay here again!

Check in easy, communicating through WhatsApp to set up meeting time. Apartment very nice though it is a third floor walk up. Had trouble opening the front door lock every time & sometimes the downstairs front door was an issue. Beds are fine though the sheets could use updating. Older building so the plumbing can be a bit iffy. Two bathrooms & large living room & stocked kitchen. Close to historic area in Madrid so an easy walk.

Rome is very crowded in the summer and we loved escaping to this place which was close enough to walk to the tourist sites (just downhill from St Peter’s) yet it’s on the edge of a neighborhood with great non-touristy restaurants and stores with normal prices. We loved it and ate all our dinners in the neighborhood.

Wonderful spacious 2 bedroom with all the amenities; 2 minute walk to metro, supermarket steps away and great tapas in the hood! Well organized kitchen with all the essentials you need for a short or extended stay. Washer and dryer a big plus! Great value.

The location is very central and you can walk almost everywhere. The place was nicely laid out and bright. The showers had great pressure. We really didn't spend much time in the condo. Any enquiries were always promptly answered,

We had a great time at this spotlessly clean, well supplied, very comfortable apartment. We loved the neighborhood, filled with restaurants, stores, friendly people and easy access to transportation. Plenty of room for our group - a couple with one friend. We always felt safe. We really appreciated the washer/dryer. Only one caveat. For anyone with mobility issues, the apartment is what would be considered a fourth floor walk-up in the U.S. But we loved our stay in this apartment in Madrid.

Without question, this property was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Everything was well done. Check-in was easy and when we did have a minor problem, we were able to reach the owner/property manager for speedy resolution. We enjoyed the convenience of laundry in the unit, loved the two bathrooms, one with a very nice shower, the very sweet, and well-equipped kitchen, and spacious, comfortable, and well-lit living room. Future renters should be aware of the fact that this is a fourth floor (by U.S. standards) walk-up apartment with no lift. It is 60 steps up from the ground floor to the unit. It was mentioned in the overall write-up of the apartment, but in the excitement of trip planning, we didn't read the fine print and were a bit surprised upon our arrival. While it was not a problem for us, we were not completely prepared for that. In short, I would highly recommend this property if Madrid is in your future travel plans.

We were very happy with how high-quality the apartment was - freshly painted, nicely furnished, with quality appliances, and comfortable beds! Very, very clean (even if the neighborhood is a bit scruffy - safe, but scruffy - but close to downtown and not too pricey). We are pretty fussy renters, and would stay here again without question.

What a fabulous way to start off our visit to Spain. The apartment is lovely, welcoming, and comfortable. The living-dining area is spacious with plenty of seating for relaxing with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The black-out shades, comfy beds, and a quiet neighborhood all make for a great night’s sleep. Highly recommended.

This property was accurately described in the Vrbo listing. It is up three flights of stairs. The neighborhood is very near a Metro Station (San Bernardo). Lot's of grocery and eating options very near the apartment. Nice and well equipped kitchen though not very well lit as as a spoiled American I am used to a very well lit kitchen. Honestly my real and only complaint are the linens. As I said a spoiled American I am used to hotel quality linens both for the bath and bed. The linens were adequate but not opulent. I ended up going to El Corte Engles and bought bath towels that I will now enjoy in my home. Again please note this is my only complaint. Otherwise a very nice property.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful apartment! It was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect and the property manager was very helpful and responsive! It felt like you were home as it was so comfortable and such a great neighborhood! We loved our stay in the beautiful apartment!!!

Great appartement well located in Madrid close to 2 metro stations. Very confortable for 4 persons. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, rare in Europe. Owner was very helpful and attentive.

Spacious, pretty and comfy. All the basics and then some covered, iron. hair drier, kitchen accoutrements, Huge bath tub. Excellent sound proofing window which are needed. Lots of partying revelers on the streets below. The four flights of stairs are tough though. Being is shape is essential.

This apartment is very beautiful with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal. We were able to do a load of laundry. Overall, we were happy to be here. The location was great for just walking around and seeing Madrid but when we needed to the Metro was easy to use. The apartment has no elevator and it is on the 3rd floor, even this was part of the adventure of being in Madrid. I would definitely come back to this apartment.

This a roomy and well equipped apartment in a good area. Beds are comfortable and it was clean and well maintained. Close to the San Bernardo metro stop and other services. The owner is helpful and responsive. The apartment is secure. Just be prepared for a four floor walk up, it was perfect for us since it was so close to where our daughter was living and she was allowed to see the apartment before we rented it..
