About this apartment rental
Stunning Family Apartment in the Old Madrid:
The apartment is in a nice building on a side street to Puerta de Toledo and has a beautiful view, from the balcony, to the Church of Virgen de La Paloma.
With three bedrooms and three bathrooms (one toilet) it is perfect for families with children, a group of friends or couples who want to share the same space but with privacy.
The apartment is on the third floor of a building WITH lift.
Guest access
The apartment consists of:
* A room with double bed (160 * 200) and a bathroom with shower.
* Other two rooms with two beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower.
* A third bathroom with toilet.
* Living room with sofa and dining area for 6, TV and balcony with nice views to the square.
* Fully equipped kitchen (It includes washer).
* Air conditioner.
* Central heating.
*Baby cot is available under demand with a 20€ extra fee. High chair 10€.
Of course, we provide sheets and towels, and other things like iron, hairdryer, toiletries, maps and basic cooking ingredients. One set of hand towel and shower towel per person per stay up to 7 nights will be provided. If more are required, there will be a charge of 10 euros per set.
No smoking in the apartment. In case of smoking, we will charge €100 as penalty.

A perfect apartment for our trip with friends to Madrid. Its location is in a part of the city away from the normal tourist spots but full of interesting shops, beautiful restaurants and cafes and very close to 2 Metro stations. The apartment is well appointed, very clean, comfy beds with views out of the balcony windows above the trees. We did feel that the sofa and seats should be upgraded but overall it was a great place to stay. Communication with the hosts was easy and efficient and we would be very happy to stay there again.

This apartment in Madrid is amazing! We had 5 people and it fit us perfectly. The location is great, close to many things. Grocery store around the corner and bars too. It is also very secure. The washer/dryer was great to have and the clothesline too. The air conditioning worked really well, and the beds are super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book this again.

Our hosts were fantastic. One of our party of 3 managed to end up in the wrong building (not sure how, the rest of us were fine!) and the host took her call and managed to get her to the right spot. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures - spacious, clean, comfortable and really well located. We walked everywhere. There is a supermarket a 2 minute walk away and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We would all stay again and bring our families.

Need a regular coffee maker, proper kitchen, utensils including sharp, knives, cutting boards. Would’ve been nice to know there was a washer.Bedrooms were adequate clean and we did spend ample time on the roof, which was awesome
