Location is great and clean property attendant was so quick to response only on messages but didn't answer the call at all
As i don't speak Spanish and attendent of property cannot speak English at all i was using Google translation to communicate through messages. From main entrance there is stair at the front of building and other stairs are at the back of property, who ever book this apartment kindly use the back stairs , its on floor 1 and flat c. I have to ask one local resident about rear stairs as property attendant could not communicate.
Apartment has a great potential but things and fixture is worn and demage, there was damage to kitchen draws / plates,/bed frame and can do with painting walls,
Sofa in the lounge has way pass over its life. To be honest it should be replace as stain marks are all over on it. We use extra bedsheet to cover sofa , so that we can use it. As I mentioned apartment was very clean but these worn out things let the apartment down. There were stain marks in bathroom roof too.
Sound proofing is very bad specially in the bedroom next to entrance to the apartment as flat next to ours were playing loud music on Saturday night and it lasted till 7oclock in morning and I can hear it all night.

Todo estaba muy bien. Excelente distribución del departamento para que entren 6 o 7 personas.
Muy cómodo. Buena ubicacion, cerca de supermercados, pubs, estacion de metro la latina, zonas tueisticas. El edificio muy bonito también. Muy limpio.
Habia aire acondicionado en 1 sola habitación y en el living. Tal vez un ventilador hubiera servido en las otras dos habitaciones.
No habia papel higiénico.

Lokalizacja bardzo dogodna. Wszędzie blisko. Była czysta pościel i wygodne łóżka. W małym pokoju klimatyzacja dzialala dobrze. Zostawione 2 rolki małego, taniego papieru toaletwoego dla 5 osób, na kilka dni - poprosiłam o dostarczenie, niestety nie przyniesiono.
W apartamencie nie bylo zbyt czysto, czarne włosy pod prysznicem, brudne podłogi, kurz w różnych miejscach, poplamiona sofa. Standard sprzatania bardzo kiepski. W salonie klimatyzacja ledwo działała.
