Просторные апартаменты в центре Мадрида. Новые, чистые. Хорошо оснащенная кухня. Спальни, санузлы, обеденная зона и зона гостиной - отлично организованны для комфортного пользования ими. Достаточное количество полотенец, запас туалетной бумаги и довольно качественные шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, мыло для рук.
Окна выходят во внутренний двор и там шумновато от работающих кондиционерных блоков. Мы не сразу разобрались с системой кондиционирования в номере - имеет смысл оставить инструкцию для гостей. В остальном - всё отлично!!!

The apartment where we stayed was in the attic and was perfect for my family. It is very spacious, tastefully furnished, and features very large bathrooms and spotless linens and towels; the location is perfect—in La Latina, just a 10–15 minute walk from Plaza Mayor.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a capsule coffee machine, an oven, an electric cooktop, and a microwave.
There is space for luggage storage and plenty of closets; it also has a washing machine, making it perfect for a longer stay.
There is a Dia supermarket and several 24-hour shops right on the ground floor of the building, and the metro station is just outside.
I would definitely choose this apartment again if I return to Madrid.
Nothing ! It was perfect. I can't find any downsides.
Perhaps the only issue was that it wasn't suitable for taller people, though there are also apartments on the lower floors that had adequate ceiling height.

Molto centrale piena di negozi utili intorno e metropolitana
Non sono efficiente, dovete tirare la sorte per essere risposti, se hai un problema lo devi avere solo dalle 10 alle 19 di sera perché non rispondono. Dopo varie insistenze rispondono con tutta calma ad un problema che doveva essere già controllato prima dell arrivo del cliente, come l apertura porta.
Un freddo artico in quell appartamento che siamo stati con felpe e piumone e stiamo parlando di agosto,Hanno un problema di regolazione della
temperatura nell appartamento .
I terrazzini non potete affacciarvi perché gli escrementi secchi dei piccioni sono ovunque.
