It was clean and in a great location.

The handle in one of the bathrooms comes off when the door gets stuck on the floor. The kitchen didn’t have a plug or tea towel.

Large, stylish city apartment

The apartment was so spacious for a group of friends. Design is lovely. Alrhough it took a little getting used to, the app worked perfectly in lieu of a key. There were 5 of us and we all had our own room plus there were 3 showers. The location was in a lovely central, local area that felt safe and friendly.

We had to try a couple of cards to get the deposit to go through on arrival day which was a little stressful. We would have also liked an easier (instant/pods) coffee option and check-out would ideally be 12pm, especially as you can't leave luggage. But none of this would discourage mw from booking, it is a lovely apartment.

A top class large apartment to make family memories close to the centre of Madrid - thank you.

Location was so central and easy to walk to centre of Madrid (10 mins). Property was so comfortable for a family of 7 with everything provided. Supermarket 2 mins round the corner to get all you need, Had five teenagers/young adults with us ranging in age from 15 to 22 and they really enjoyed our stay. Loads to do within easy walk and then metro/bus easily accessible for sightseeing further afield. Would definitely return.

I would suggest the entrance area and stairwells could be better presented, but I couldn't fault the property itself. Two suggestions for fixing is the kitchen tap and the handle on the door in the bedroom off the dining area. It certainly didnt take from our stay, but just were a bit annoying.

De opzet en de grootte van het appartement en het hebben van airconditioning

Het is heel gehorig in het trappenhuis en er komen de hele nacht door mensen aan. De gordijnen in bepaalde kamers zijn vies en kun je niet over de gehele kamer betrekken dus dat geeft veel lichtinval. De keuken had geen peper, zout of olie en 1 vaatwastablet.
