La ubicación fue perfecta y central.
Un poco pequeño pero, nos adaptamos. La fotografía que nos dieron no correspondia a lo que recibimos: no habían ventanas. Sugiero dar las fotografías correctas para poder tomar la mejor decisión y tener sorpresas.

The location, most of the amenities, the beds and bathrooms were very good. The space was also used very efficiently which made the appartement bigger than it really was.
There was a lack of natural lighting and windows which not only made the appartement very dark no matter the day but also trapped unwated odors such as food. The AC had a lack of gaz which meant that they were not working properly, thankfully we came in during a pretty chill weekend so it wasn't very necessary. The TV is also locked by a code, the staff didn't respond in WhatsApp when we asked him to give us the code. The WiFi was also pretty slow for 2026.

We had nothing to complain about the apartment. Spacious and new.
The service we had was horrible! We had to wait for 2 hours on the street for the check-in. We were a family with a child and two elderly people, waiting in the cold with our lugagge. No answer on the phone and no reply for our messages. And they didn't even had a good reason, they were "only busy". It seems to happen a lot. We waited another hour for toilet paper and soap to arrive. The apartment didn't have any spounge or detergent to wash the dishes, neither dish cloth. There was only one trash bag too. The kitchen pans were old and full of scratches, we couldn't even fry an egg without making a mess. The knives couldn't cut a bread. The fridge stinks of fish. We stayed for 14 days with the same bed sheets and towels, because there were no spares. The washing machine is not on the appartment, it's in the basement. And there is no space to hang the clothes.
