Wird nicht wiederholt.

Der Standort ist insofern ziemlich gut, als dass man nicht weit weg vom Hauptbahnhof ist und auch ziemlich schnell ins Stadtzentrum kommt. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft nicht sehr teuer, allerdings kommt das mit einigen Abstrichen.

In der Küche wurde nicht nur einmal geraucht man riecht förmlich den kalten Rauch in den Wänden. Ich weiß natürlich nicht ob das auf alle Zimmer zutrifft jedenfalls auf meines. Als ich um ein andere Zimmer deswegen gebeten habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass es nicht nach Rauch riechen kann, weil ja Rauchen verboten sei und außerdem kein Zimmer mehr frei sei. Eine Rechnung für die Unterkunft habe ich nach mehrmaligen verlangen noch immer nicht erhalten. Ich werde bei jeder Kontaktaufnahme auf gleich vertröstet. Die Ausstattung ist eigentlich modern und schön, allerdings merkt man, dass nur minimale Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen unternommen werden. Dadurch bekommt alles einen upgefuckten touch. Das Bett ist für meinen Geschmack viel zu weich und irgendwas im Schlafzimmer macht surrt ziemlich laut.

Moderne große Wohnung nicht weit vom Zentrum

Die Wohnung ist groß und Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos ohne Personal funktioniert. Das Stadtzentrum liegt ca. 20 Minuten Gehweg von der Wohnung entfernt.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Hinterhof über einem Lebensmittelladen.

It is ok for 1 night

Location is good but entrance to find is difficult. Room was spacious & kitchen was fully equipped. Very old hotel & furniture.

They don’t have proper parking garage. It was some super market’s parking which was free from 9p.m to 8a.m.if u take out your car then may get or not again. Bed was too thin & soft my back started paining. Toiletries were missing.No elevator so had to drag suitcase till 1 floor.will never book again this hotel.

Preis-Leistung ist OK

Das Bett war schon sehr mitgenommen, mit Holzlatten verstärkt. Die Matratze war durchgelegen. Beim Bett sollte dringend nachgebessert werden

Boa localização!

A localização era boa e fácil de chegar até o centro da cidade. No periodo noturmo havia estacionamento gratuito, até 9h e após 19h.

A cama era ruim, o colchão era baixo e muito mole. Foi cobrada uma taxa local que não estava prevista de 2,5 euros por pessoa por dia, total de 10 euros. Não foi dado recibo do pagamento, foi falado que seria enviado por e-mail, mas nada foi recebido.

1 Nacht in Graz

Die nahe Lage zum Zentrum ist gut, auch vom Straßenverkehr bekommt man nichts mit. Check in absolut unkompliziert übers Telefon. Das Appartement war sauber, Handtücher vorhanden, jedoch keine Seife oder Duschgel. Für eine Übernachtung absolut in Ordnung.

Die Hellhörigkeit im Hausinneren. Die Matratzen sind schon ziemlich durchgelegen :(

Sehr schlechte Gegend und Milieu in der Nachbarschaft

Hinterhofatmosphäre….wer direkt auf das Lager eines orientalischen Supermarktes im Hinterhof blicken will sollte diese Unterkunft buchen. Wer den Lärm einer Klimaanlage ertragen kann, sollte diese Unterkunft buchen . Wem es nichts ausmacht dubiose Gestalten zu ertragen, der sollte diese Unterkunft buchen. Mein Fazit , die Unterkunft taugt vielleicht als Absteige , zu mehr nicht . Wir waren froh diese Unterkunft schnell zu verlassen.

Absteige, zu mehr reicht die Unterkunft nicht. Bilder bei Booking.com Versprechungen mehr, als was man dann vor Ort vorfindet.

Nice wenn man unbekannte Krankheiten bekommen will

die lage war gut

Personal am Telefon war unfreundlich, offensichtlich angetrunken und hat meine Verlobte angeflirtet. Das Zimmer hat gestunken nach weiß ich was und das komplette Appartment war dreckig mit ausnahme der Bettwäsche. Die Matratzen waren ok aber auch nicht angenehm und die Kissen ebenfalls.

Great location of the property - 7 minutes from the central square. Comfortable bed. The entrance door and the room were remotely opened for us. It's convenient that you can park the car in the courtyard.

There is no kettle in the apartment, so you won't be able to make yourself coffee, which disappointed us greatly as we arrived late and left early, and all the cafes around were closed. There is no air conditioning in the room, the furniture is worn out, and in the bathroom, apart from being damp and moldy, the showerhead doesn't work either. The towels are as rough as sandpaper :)

Not worth the money

Spacious and bright room, comfortable shower and toilet, kitchen equipped with some things but not enough.

Hard to find, the room wasn’t ready when we arrived . Garbage is just under the window. The window overlooks the backyard of the minimarket. There is no parking nearby - all on-street parking (and there are few) is limited to 3 hours. On top of all this I was traveling with my son and needed two separate beds. Despite what was stated on the booking, we did not receive them. The sofa was broken and we had to sleep in the same bed.

Plenty of room for improvement

The location is quite nice, public transport is close by and it is not far to the station and the city centre. There is a small supermarket directly below the apartment.

The smoke detectors were missing, which I find slightly concerning considering that the boiler is located in the apartment's bathroom. The bed is missing several screws which causes it to come apart every now and then. The ventilation of the supermarket downstairs is rather noisy. There is a kitchen, but it lacks a frying pan, significantly reducing the kitchen's usefulness. The shower unpredictably becomes very hot when the boiler switches on, which luckily only caused a small burn. Overall the apartment felt like it is not living up to its potential, with just some small fixes (smoke detectors, a frying pan, adding some missing screws, adjusting the boiler settings, maybe add a washing machine) it would have been a way better experience.

I've been there for the F1 weekend and I had to pay around 380 euro/ night just because of the supply/demand. Imagine the surprise. The hotel it's not worth even 50 euro/night.

Mini hotel a gross misnomer. Merely an apartment with wifi

Spacious apartment. Good wifi. Hot shower. Fridge available. Kettle and some kitchenware available

No baggage storage available. Manager pretended not to hear on phone when asked about it. Quite rude as well. NO AIR CON NOR FAN AVAILABLE. No glasses in cupboard, had to ask for it. Only one teaspoon and one sideplate. A few drops of soap in a soap dispenser in bathroom. Two half used rolls of toilet paper. Bed mattresses are tired. The amount quoted with city tax was taken from our account then at checkin we had to pay for city tax again..We were already sleeping at night when they came to ask for city tax AGAIN. This time my husband refuse to pay it! Neighborhood is rough, Husband and wife rows/abuse in middle of night. Quite upsetting!

the check-in process was devastating: no instructions, no clear explanations. I had to call the host to spend 15 minutes on the phone with him to get inside. This should not be normal.
