We had a late check-in at the hotel. They sent us instructions for independent check-in because the reception is open until 8:30 p.m. Everything went perfectly. Parking is excellent, in the courtyard of the hotel. The room is comfortable, just fine for a family with two children.
Reception desk need to be open a little bit longer, it is sommer time.There is no refrigerator (mini bar) in the room. It's a bit hard to get around on foot because the street is hilly, it's not really possible to walk to the center and back.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful; the housekeeping staff even neatly arranged our children's stuffed animals. Everything was spotless and brand new. We didn't opt for the breakfast. The beds were comfortable, slightly on the softer side, but perfectly fine if you remove the memory foam layer. Our room, apartment 201, came equipped with a fridge and air conditioning, both of which worked flawlessly. The automated key box made self check-in and check-out super easy. Additionally, there is a spacious game room in the basement, and you can access the rooftop, which boasts a lovely view. Shops and a pizza place is just a few minutes of walk.
Although the AC cools well, it is a bit noisy and blows quite hard even on the lowest setting. Since the weather cooled down and it started raining on the third day of our summer stay, airing out the room was enough—especially because we love the fresh air after the rain. This is where the problems started: Waltendorfer Street is much busier than we thought, with a car passing by every 10–15 minutes even at night, which you can hear very clearly inside. What we disliked the most, though, was that we couldn't air out the room during the day because all three windows of apartment 201 look directly onto the outdoor seating terrace next to the entrance, from where cigarette smoke drifted in 0-24.
