What's nearby: This 1,554-square-foot condo sits just south of the Pagosa Springs Golf Club, where you can play 27 holes in view of the San Juan Mountains. You'll be a short stroll from the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center, the Pagosa Lakes themselves (which are stocked with trout, largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill, and jumbo perch), and a variety of shops and restaurants. This condo is also four miles west of Pagosa Hot Springs and 28 miles southwest of Wolf Creek Ski Area. Things to know: No trailer parking allowed Free WiFi Full kitchen Mud room for bikes and skis Pool and Recreation center amenity use available for a fee If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. It was spacious and it was spotless clean. The location was perfect, you could wolk to the shopping center to do groceries and buy spirits.

It was nice it just could have been a little cleaner. Some dishes were dirty the furniture in the living room is a little outdated and one of the recliners was broken, but other than that the rooms were nice!

Master bedroom smelled like cat urine. Pet hair covered the furniture. Otherwise, it was ok. Fireplace and living room were nice. Loft area was perfect for the teen.

Great location and proximity to all the things we love about Pagosa! Had our 2 dogs with us and we loved the easy access to grass off the back deck. Also liked that this was an end unit. Not that we had any problem with it, but the listing should indicate that shoes are not allowed in the unit. We would have brought slip-ons for easy off/on when taking our dogs out.

We stayed in this unit 4 years ago. It has been updated and was much nicer and cleaner this time. Great place for kids. Lots of board games & books & loft with a bath room gives them their own space. Plenty of hot water and kitchen supplies were adequate. Only negative was a shortage of blankets for the king bed. Location is great. Lots of shopping and dining within a few blocks.

We enjoyed a long summer weekend with our son, his girlfriend, and their dog in this conveniently located condo in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for all of us and we enjoyed the covered porch as well as the grassy area outside.

Condo was very nice. Improvements suggested: 1. Digital thermostat. The analogue thermostat is impossible to control the temp with any precision. 2. Cannot see the unit numbers at night. it was like hide and go seek to find the correct condo entrance...except it was 10 degrees below zero.

The kitchen had everything that we needed. Loved gas fireplace. Check in and out was very easy. Group of 8 stayed here for my Daughter's 21st Birthday! (Christmas Eve) All she wanted for her birthday was snow. We had lots of it! Snow sleds were available to us and we made good use of them. Close to everything.

Everything was just as described! It was a perfect place for our family of 4… though we could’ve easily slept at least 3 more! Plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen for all our needs! Loved walking for coffee and to see the hot air balloons! Thanks for everything!

Wondeful location for summer fun in Pagosa Springs. In the Pagosa Lakes neighborhood, this condo has easy access to trails, golf, tennis, basketball, restaurants, etc. It is quiet, comfortable and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay.

The location of this property was perfect. This home was a lot bigger than we thought it would be and was perfect for our family of five...and our pup! We got a call at check-in to make sure we made it okay, which was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend staying here.
