Located in Siesta Beach, this lovely condo for $145 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Bike to Crescent Beach Public Access, only .7 mile! This is a darling 2 bedroom, 1 bath updated and a lovely furnished condo in the very popular Bay Oaks on Siesta Key, Florida. The amazing amenities include access to a private fishing pier, private tennis court, billiard room, clubhouse, BBQ area, a heated swimming pool, plus it is a short distance from world renowned Siesta Key Beach with its white, powder sand. Take a trolley ride to Siesta Beach. This amazing complex was featured on HGTV at least twice. HIGHLIGHTS: COMPLEX AMENITIES INCLUDE: -Fishing pier -Clubhouse w/Barbecue area -Heated Community pool -Tennis court -Free covered parking space -Communal Laundry (No In-Unit W/D) MASTER BEDROOM: Queen sized bed Ample closet space, Dresser Smart TV for Streaming GUEST BEDROOM: Wood bunk bed Twin on top Full on bottom No closet, has wardrobe Armoire An adorable 789 sqft ground floor, two bedroom, one bath condo with all of the amenities you are looking for in a fun yet relaxing atmosphere. This particular unit is located close to the intracoastal waterway where you can relax by the pool or enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise. Nearby is the barbecue grill and picnic tables where you can enjoy a cookout with family and friends, easily and conveniently. Any time of day enjoy a stroll along the tropical palm trees and tall shade oaks that line the brick pathways throughout Bay Oaks or just relax with a good book on a nearby bench; enjoy watching the boats cruise by and the dolphins play. The "C" building is close to the bay where you can watch a sunrise early morning while sipping on your latte or lay by the pool anytime of day and get your tan on. This is a particularly nice unit for the screened patio that provides more open space and views than other condos close to other buildings. This two bedroom condo has an open floor plan with new gray wood tile in the kitchen and main room. Main living room has a Smart TV for streaming apps, private WiFi, blu-ray dvd player, access to enclosed patio with table & chairs and beach accessories. There's a small yet full kitchen with brown speckled granite countertops, stainless built-in microwave, stainless oven/stove, white dishwasher, white refrigerator, dining area off the kitchen with table and chairs that seats 4 people. The kitchen also includes a breakfast bar for two with accessible glass front cabinetry and countertop space. We have pots, pans and a full kitchen setup, however we do not provide any consumables such as oil, vinegar, coffee, etc. Master bedroom has new white wood furniture, ceiling fan, two closets, and a queen bed with a night stand. Also included is a 23" flatscreen TV. The 2nd bedroom has a new heavy duty wooden bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top. There is a wardrobe armoire but no closet in this bedroom. The bathroom has been updated with Corian countertop and a large step-in tiled shower. Also have extra twin mattress which is stored under the guest bed. The extra twin would be best if moved to the living room when in use. (No In-Unit W/D) Bay Oaks is a prime location with just a short 7 minute bike ride to #1 rated Siesta Key Beach or take the FREE shuttle! Less than a 10 minute walk to Crescent Beach where you can enjoy walking on the crystal white sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico. Crescent Beach has the same amazing sand as Siesta Beach! Close proximity to Siesta Keys greatest restaurants, shopping, golfing, music and entertainment, downtown Sarasota, Venice and more. Plan your next vacation at Bay Oaks Condominiums; it is an excellent choice! Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage. A rental registration form is required. We help make the most of your vacation by providing Xplorie's Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day including a choice of a free bike rental, kayak rental, a dolphin cruise tour, or admission to the Ringling Museum ! Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver. Limited to one activity for just one person each day. Create exciting memories, have more fun, and truly experience the Beaches of Sarasota! Book now for an amazing vacation experience! Activities are subject to change and based on availability; non-cumulative and non-transferrable. Feel free to book for a month or longer but Xplorie is not available for booking 25 days or longer. We had a great time at the condo. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The beach was in walking distance and the pool was a hit with the kids! It had everything you needed and more. Would absolutely recommend staying there

Nice size unit with all the necessary items for a great stay. The grounds and pool areas were nicely kept and pleasant. Access to the beach was within walking distance from our unit although a bit far if you are carrying chairs and a cooler.

Trip of a lifetime!
My family and I had the most memorable and best vacation in siesta key! Condo was awesome for my elderly mother and two boys under 12. With central access to our parking spot , the dock, and the pool. I would completely recommend and come back to this condo. Thank you for everything!

Property managers were excellent and quick to respond with any inquiries. The place is MUCH further than the 7 minute walk, as advertised. Something to consider if you plan to spend your days on the beach. Carrying chairs and a cooler was a chore. The pier was nice for sipping morning coffee. Accommodations were clean (other than the bedroom carpet) and the lanai needed a deep cleaning and decluttering! The rugs were shredding apart and it was packed with forgot/no longer wanted items from previous guests. Kitchen had more than enough dishes and small appliances for the week. Almost too much.

The C11 unit itself has a very nice tiny kitchen, nice shower, and dining area. The larger bedroom is sufficient, with more than adequate storage and hangers. The 2nd bedroom is Hot. (This unit needs New blinds/shades/window coverings and better seating in the living/den room.) The small screened in porch is messy. The laundry facilities worked well. The covered parking is very much appreciated. We enjoy the Siesta Key Midnight Pass area for the Crescent Beach and the Village and Gulf Gate area and all the great grouper and other foods and live entertainment. The trolley and scat bus makes transportation easier.

Awesome place
We stayed for 1 week, was very clean. It was super accommodating to more than 6 people, we had 7 and everyone slept comfortably. Small kitchen but not an issue. Pool was clean and not terribly crowded. Not a quick walk to the beach tho as advertised , 26 minute minimum walk. With all your stuff it was very tiresome. Was nice to use the sun breeze trolly but if you didn’t have a mask, sorry about your luck! Overall very happy with our stay!

We had such a great time staying at this property. The property was super clean. The kitchen was great, complete with the appliances we needed. The beds were clean and comfortable. The location was also perfect for us! We had a rental car, but the free trolley in town was also a bonus so we didn't have to pay a lot for parking. We also loved the pool and the dock. The only negative was that a lot of the beach stuff was broken and just not taken care of that well. We ended up buying our own umbrellas since the one provided was broken. Other than that, we LOVED staying here!!!!

Great property!
We had such a great time staying at this property. The property was super clean. The kitchen was great, complete with the appliances we needed. The beds were clean and comfortable. OK location. The walk to the beach was manageable. While the ground floor was ideal, there was too much noise coming from unit above in the way of footsteps, dragging chairs, dropping things, washer/dryer/dishwasher. This was a problem during the nights and early mornings.

It was very easy to check in, the apartment is very clean and the owner / management stacks it with extra towels , extra kitchen utensils. The property comes with a parking spot which we did not use, it’s so easy to get around as siesta has a free trolly and we used it several times a day . Overall very happy . You do have to take trolly to public beach tho unless you want to walk 20 minutes but it wasn’t a problem for us

Only wish my original offer for a complete week was honored (while waiting for Loretta to update the costs in the system someone rented the last day of our stay...thus we only had 6 days). Unit needs a TV directory for channel selection. Weather was great and unit worked out well for us.
