The location was excellent, although a decent walk to the beach. Plenty of room for 5 of us and had everything we needed including beach items. Communication with Scott was excellent.
The decor was a little shabby and broken sofa but Scott tried hard to fix quickly.

The location and access to the dock
It was nice that the property had beach chairs and a beach cart but the wheel on the cart was broke and some of the straps on the chairs were also broken. Those items probably need replaced. Also, the kitchen was lacking some utensils especially scissors!

The condo was wonderful. Short walk to the beach. Very spacious. 2 stories. The kitchen and living room are located in the first floor, the rooms are in the second room each with its own bathroom. The covered porches are very spacious and peaceful. The porch looks out to the pool. The kitchen has everything you need! Even the refrigerator has ice maker machine and filtered water.
Everything was perfect.
