From the staff to the pool, restaurant everything was absolutely perfect we loved everything about this hotel but especially the people are lovely and made our stay so comfortable and 10/10 experience. Can’t compliment them enough. This will be the only hotel we stay at from now on in Dubai. Amazing service and lovely staff thank you Mandarin Oriental 🥰 xx

From the staff to the pool, to the room, the restaurant everything was absolutely perfect we loved everything about this hotel but especially the people are lovely and made our stay so comfortable and 10/10 experience. Can’t compliment them enough. This will be the only hotel we stay at from now on in Dubai. Amazing service and lovely staff thank you Mandarin Oriental 🥰 xx

The spa was wonderful and so was the lobby.
The rooms weren’t very clean, we even saw a worm. And with that we felt like it’s much overpriced with the value.

The afternoon tea lounge was wonderful and the only memorable experience of this stay.
Our room was directly overlooking the rooftop of the next door building offering an unpleasant view. After speaking to the manager, we were moved to a more suitable room. Breakfast was disorganized - wait times to have your order taken were long.
