The floor carpets have a bit of a smell. But the aircon helped to balance the smell.

The hospitality was beyond words ,absolutely warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. The staff truly made the stay a pleasant experience.
The breakfast was incredible as well, with a great variety of options. My personal favourites were the mixed oats, aloo samosa with chutney, filter coffee, and iced tea.
The amenities were provided and replenished accordingly, and the valet parking was also very well organized and convenient.
There were a few small areas that could be improved. I would have really appreciated having a coffee machine available too, as this was something I felt was missing. The coffee I ordered was also a little cold most of the time.
The mixed oats were excellent, but it would have been even better if there had been an option to have them with soy milk, as I am lactose intolerant and unfortunately couldn’t enjoy them as much as I would have liked.
The idli and gulab jamun were also a little disappointing, as both were quite hard and unfortunately not very enjoyable.
These are only minor points, though, and overall I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again and would happily recommend the hotel.
