Not the best Anantara

Staff, location, building design.

Facilities were good (gym, pool, restaurants), but no sauna and the steam room wasn't really effective at all as it's a hybrid shower. The room felt quite soulless. Light system was extremely annoying in the room where you had to have the main ones on in order to turn on the side lamo by the bed - same issue with the bathroom, all on or none..

Banheiro muito grande, quarto muito limpo, café da manha excelente. Todos os funcionários educados e prestativos. Ótima localização

View, Rooms, Position of the Hotel, Japanese Restaurant. Guys at the Front Door. Guys at the Reception.

Staff at the Breakfast Site forgot Orders multiple times and is not very helpfull at all, Breakfast is not really Anantara Style. Outside Sitting area has very uncomfortable seats you cant relax there in the evening, Staff is smoking near the guests so you have to breath it, reservation service chat dont understands english or is an ai bot - not helpfull at all. staff gave no hints regarding the rooftop bar ( also not in the elevator)

Nothing , I booked twin with breakfast and the gave me king room without breakfast and 10:30 am cards stopped working and they didn’t extend my check out time although I check in at 8 pm

Not worth the price

Decent hotel generally but not worth the price

You were not close to the Dubai mall as advertised and the bath was not working also the restaurants were not great and no good smoking areas

Zentral gelegen , typisches Business Hotel, viel zu laut.

Das Personal ist sehr service orientiert und freundlich.

Es war extrem laut. Wir sind nach der ersten Nacht, ein Alptraum, übersiedelt. Dann war es halbwegs okay, aber trotzdem noch keine Spur von wirklich leise. Und ein Zimmer wo es leise ist habe ich bei der Buchung angefragt! Mehrere Baustellen rund um das Hotel. Als Anantara mit 5 Sternen nicht entsprechen.

It was very pleasant. Will definitely keep as option for next travel.

Room size was good, accessibility was good. We did not opt for breakfast as we had a toddler with us. Location was good and a very helpful staff.

Phone kept on rebooting. Keys got disabled frequently had to get them reconfigured. Bathroom amenities were not replaced everyday.

The pool view room is very far away from the pool you can barely notice the pool They need to add more varieties at the breakfast buffet

It is unfortunate that construction is ongoing near by, and the noise is significantly high inside the room.

overall I might stay once the renovations are done but right now I will not come back again

rooms are big and bed is confortable pool area is nice and clean. the Indian restaurant is very good.

the hotel is under renovation inside of which they don’t tell you when you book. if I had know I would have not stayed there or would expect some kind of reduction because of the disagreement. food is not great at pool area and main restaurant.
