Kind staff. The bathroom was very practical and well designed. The USB-C charging ports in the room were also a useful touch. The hotel was accommodating with my late check-in, which I appreciated.
The room had a slight unpleasant smell, possibly from the carpet. The main issue was the check-out process, where an administrative error in my guest registration caused considerable confusion. The hotel later investigated the issue and provided me with an explanation. The hotel should also pay more attention to messages received through Booking com.
