The staff , they try their best to support and serve the customers . I would like to thanks Mr Shaker the staff manager for his constant presence and outstanding customer service at reception. Also I thanks all hotel staff who strive to serve customers with great effort and excellence
The hotel location is very crowded., the bathrooms need maintenance. The corridors smell bad.
