Well appointed 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa. Recently renovated and redecorated. Fully furnished with brand new furniture in all rooms. Newly laid tile floor with accent area rugs throughout.
This is a well maintained, super clean 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa in gated Lake Marion Golf Resort communuity located in Kissimmee. The community is quiet and peaceful on serene Lake Marion. The villa is fully furnished and appointed to accomodate 6. A portable crib is available upon request.
Lake Marion Golf Resort is away from the hustle and bustle of the surronding area theme parks. However, within 30 minutes you can reach the Orlando area theme parks. - Disney World, Universal Studio, Magic Kingdom etc.

Is a nice clean property with all the house commodities included and a great clubhouse with Gym , Pool and hot tub. Is a good property for families visiting the Poinciana area.Communication with the owner was excellent.

Love the place very spacious and very clean. It was a bit far from everything but other then that I would definitely stay there again.
