Sunset Paradise is exactly the place for you. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath elevator access penthouse not only has beautiful panoramic views but it is quiet (no footsteps overhead) - you only hear the waves. You can watch dolphins, paddle boarders, and sailboats as you have breakfast on the balcony. Fill your day with swimming, shelling, or just relaxing in the sun. You will always have a front row seat to a magnificent sunset in your own backyard! End your day with an evening swim in the heated pool or soak in the hot tub. The condo has a master suite with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds in the third. Altogether the condo sleeps 8. A washer and dryer are also there for your convenience. The full size remodeled kitchen with a view of the gulf is stocked with all that you might need including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, and George Forman grill. The dining table seats 6 with 4 barstools at the counter. Sunset Paradise is a 17 unit complex with 6 beachfront condo’s. A full size BBQ grill with 2 tables are located on the lanai by the pool for your grilling and outdoor dining pleasure. We know you will enjoy your stay as much as we do! Had a fantastic time with my family. This condo is every bit as advertised. Nicely decorated and spacious. Deck has incredible view of ocean. Location is great with plenty of restaurants, bars and other amenities in walking distance. Would definitely rent here again!

The 3rd floor condo was exactly how it was described in the listing. The double bunk bed room was perfect for our family. The ease of entry and exit processes was a welcome change from other rental opportunities that I’ve been involved in. The communication from the owner was immediate and proactive. Two thumbs up overall!

Had a wonderful week at Paradise Villa. Condo was exactly as expected. Evelyn was easy to communicate with and provided lots of great info about the area. Enjoyed meals at Guppies, Groupers and Keegan's. Beautiful beach, enjoyed walking the beach looking for shells and tossing a ball with the kids. Lanai was perfect for watching the pelicans dive or the dolphins swim by, as well as sunsets - wow, those sunsets are something else!!

This is the first time we have stayed at this condo and it did not disapppint. The condo itself was large, clean and extremely well stocked. The views are of sun, sea and sand and the location is walkable to quite a selection of good bars and restaurants. We loved everything about it and communication with the owner was quick and easy. Will we come back? - ABSOLUTELY, YES!!!

Host contacted us prior to check in with all necessary information which made the process very easy. The condo is very clean and there is so much attention to minor details. Very comfortable with everything you would need for a stay at the beach. Evelyn was very prompt in responding to any requests. Highly recommend this unit and will stay again.

Evelyn's condo was perfect for our family of seven. It was equipped with all we needed for the beach and pool. We used the grill on the property a couple of times, but there are plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable and you can't beat the location for beach access. We would definitely stay again.

My family of 4 stayed with my friends family of 4. With the beach being so close by, the pool right there, everyone was able to do what they wanted to do when they wanted to do it. One of the best evenings we had was all of us at the pool cooking burgers on the grill. The older kids hung out in the bunk bed room when they needed some down time, the younger kids ran around the apartment, watched tv and people watched on the balcony. The walk to the beach is not bad at all and the sand wasn’t too hot. The other guests were very nice and trusting. The elevator was on working order. Parking always a little tight with a large SUV but not impossible. Every where we went for food was good. Indian rocks is definitely for families with kids as everywhere closes very early. It was nice to be so close and on the middle of Clearwater and St. pete. My mom rented a place right behind and to the right of ours and it was a very cute set up with 2 queen beds and bunk bed set. Great place. Perfect spot for our family. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. We rented a cabana on the beach which was just steps away from the beachfront of the condo. Drinking coffee on the balcony and looking out at the ocean every morning was relaxing. But what’s better then that are the sunsets. They are priceless! Thank you for opening up your home to us so we could make great memories!

This condo served our needs very well. The beds were comfy, my kids loved the bunk beds. And some of the extras were very appreciated...the sand toys, cooler, well stocked kitchen, etc. Made traveling a lot easier! Easy access to both the beach and the pool was also great! Great condo!

The views from this property were amazing! The condo was clean and perfect for our family. Two in our party used wheelchairs and we found the hallways wide enough and the elevator in working order. We will be back!

My family of six loved the condo. The location was amazing. Views were priceless with the collapsible patio door all the way open. Walking distance to several good restaurants. It was very nice to rent a place that already had sand toys and beach chairs. Can't think of a negative thing to say. A+ all the way around.

Everything was perfect! We were worried about Hurricane Ian and maybe having to cancel the trip. Evelyn was wonderful and communicated with me prior to the hurricane and after to let me know everything was good for us to come down. We love Indian Rocks Beach and I definitely recommend Evelyn's home on the beach!

If you love a gulf front property with the pool beach side, easy access to beach and restaurants and very comfortable and clean condo totem this is the place for you. We’ve been at sunset paradise for over 8 years and at this particular condo 5 years consecutively. Can’t wait til next year.

This condo was really nice. We’ll stocked with everything you need for a stay at the beach. Nice to have a pool and hot tub. Right on the beach with great views of the ocean. It was perfect.
