Many attractions are within a 5-10 min drive. Florida's best golfing is just just a 40 min drive away at TPC Sawgrass and World Golf Village! The Publix is in a shopping center 2 minutes drive north, nearby a surf shop, pizza, tacos and Asian food. Prime St. Augustine beaches eateries and bars are just 5 minutes drive away! To the south you will find beautiful Crescent beach and Marineland, fun for the whole family! THE SPACE: The home itself sleeps 10 people in 1 King and 4 fulls in 2 sets of full over full bunks. We have a MAX limit of 10 guests. The kitchen is equipped to service everyone and cook together for a great night in! The TV in the living room is a Smart TV, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows or catch the game on ESPN. THE BASICS: This home is a 2bedroom/2bath. The master has 1 king bed, the second bedroom has 4 full beds in 2 sets of "full over full bunks". There are stairs up to the front door to access the house. The kitchen has been outfitted for large groups and entertaining! As guests you will have access to everything in the house, garage AND the private neighborhood beach access! THE AMENITIES: Enjoy the wine bottle cooler - keep up to 18 wine bottles at the perfect temperature during your stay! Some beach gear is included but we cannot guarantee inventory so if certain beach gear is important to you, please bring it along as we cannot ensure that a specific beach gear item will still be available upon your check in. Laundry machines are in garage. Propane outdoor grill is provided. Linens and towels included. THE LAYOUT- 6 Ocean has a 2/2 layout: Master Bedroom: King bed with en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. 2nd Bedroom: 4 full beds in 2 sets of full over full sets of bunks. Guest bathroom: This is a guest bathroom located in the hallway for easy access. It has a shower/tub combo. OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days. PARKING: There is a 2 car garage where 2 vehicles can fit there side by side. There is parking for 2 additional cars in the driveway pulled right up to the garage. The home next door to the north shares the driveway entry with us, so we cannot have more than 2 cars parked in the driveway, pulled up as far as possible to the garage. Parking in the street could cause ticketing or towing. LAUNDRY: We offer a laundry facilities with washer and dryer, starter laundry pods, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience. HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 15 minute drive north is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine Beach. This home is situated oceanfront and you cannot beat it! TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations. LAUNDRY SERVICE: We have laundry machines in the house but on vacation, it's up to you if you want to do laundry at all! If you would like to partake, our brand new commercial laundromat The Queen's Laundry is offering pick up and drop off wash-dry-fold service to the St. Augustine area. The cost is per pound and they will work out payment with you directly. They simply ask for 1 day's advanced notice for a pickup request and a 24 hour turnaround time for completing and returning your laundry. Ask us for more information! SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $149. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements. Guest Access: As guests you will have access to everything in the house AND the private neighborhood beach access! We do not have our own beach boardwalk and the ones on either side of us belong to our neighbors, please use the neighborhood access to go to the beach. The Neighborhood: The neighborhood is located beachside to the east off of historic A1A Beach Blvd. There is plenty to do right nearby! Attractions, restaurants and bars are within walking distance or just a quick drive away! Grab a frozen hurricane cocktail at Hurricane Grille, or enjoy a 5 star meal at Purple Olive. Grab a beer and watch the game at the World Famous Oasis Restaurant. Mini golf, The Lighthouse and The Alligator Farm are a short drive away. Go kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding and explore Matanzas Inlet. Dolphin sightings are common! Or just enjoy a breezy stroll on the beach as you search for shark teeth. It's the perfect place to getaway! Getting Around: We recommend renting a car. Bike rentals are available via Drifters bike rentals. Other Things to Note: Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. **Airbnb Guests: Airbnb does not automatically include pet fees (due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually), please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!** LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
