About this cabin rental
Our little peninsula has been a Northwoods getaway for the past 75 years. Formerly Mallard Point Resort, we're keeping the tradition alive by welcoming guests back to this multi-cabin, micro-resort style stay. This is the kind of place where you can expect to see other guests and share outdoor spaces (or bring friends and rent all three cabins to have the place to yourself!). We're less than 10 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from Tioga MTB trails. This listing is for Cabin 1.
Cabin 1 has natural wood finishes, an open living and dining space, and a kitchen and bathroom stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
⇸ High ceilings with large windows that face south for views of the lake and lots of natural light.
⇸ Gas range and kitchen stocked with all the essentials- cookware, dishes, coffee, soaps, towels, etc.
⇸ Loft with a quality king-sized bed and ground floor bedroom with two twin beds.
⇸ Fully winterized with a gas fireplace.
⇸ We allow families of 5 if you have a child in a travel crib.
⇸ Fast WiFi - 250mb up/down

We love the access to the lake, it's so easy to get out paddling, fishing, sailing, snowshoeing, or just take in the views from an Adirondack chair.

Loved it. Our 4th summer. Bummed they are going to start reserving the whole point as one unit but I understand. Hopefully we can stay there again someday.

We have been to Emily and James place over the past several years during hunting season. It is a cozy cabin overlooking a beautiful lake and is perfect for us! Emily and James have thought of everything you might need and are truly the perfect hosts!We would highly recommend this cabin!
