Nestled in Kiawah Island, this attractive house for $546 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental features 4 bedrooms, a courtyard pool, and a guest house. The home is about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The professionally decorated main house includes the living and dining rooms, kitchen, two bedrooms with private bathrooms, powder room, laundry area, and sunroom. The living room features a sofa, love seat, two chairs, and flat screen TV. The sunroom, accessed through the living room, offers cozy seating and a shuffleboard table. The dining room connects the living room and kitchen. The kitchen features updated appliances, granite counter tops, plenty of cabinet space, bar stool seating for three, an extra sitting area with two chairs, and a flat screen TV. The powder room and laundry room are just off the kitchen. The main house has two master suites. The first master suite features a king bed, bathroom with double sinks, large soaking tub, and separate large shower. The second master in the main house offers a king bed, cozy chair, and bathroom with double sinks, large tub, and separate shower. The guest house includes two bedrooms, one with two full beds and one with two twin over full bunk beds, which open to the pool area. The bedrooms are connected by a hall and share a bathroom with shower. The courtyard area features a gas grill, private pool, covered dining area for six, sofa, and lounge chairs. The pool is approximately 26ft x 13ft. In the garage, you will find a basketball arcade game which provides hours of fun for the whole family! All of the TVs in the house utilize streaming television through the Xfinity App but only 5 of the 7 TVs in the house can view Xfinity channels simultaneously. The TVs also offer the option to login to your own apps like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc. This home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Please note that pets are not permitted at the home. During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf on one of five world class golf courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours! This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $100/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email. RBL20-000228 In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.

This house was a wonderful setting for our family vacation. Beautiful double master suites with the pool house was perfect for our family. The kitchen and dining areas were wonderful and well stocked and the games available definitely had our competitive spirits going! Akers Ellis was readily available to help with all of our questions and we never left the island! I would highly recommend staying here!

The house is in need of some upgrades. The living room furniture is worn out, and there is an ant problem. We bought muffins and donuts and the next morning they were covered in ants. The lower cabinets have a lot of ants in them, and there were ant traps laid out in multiple locations but this seems like it needs addressed more professionally. The guest house portion of rental has sliding doors that are very hard to open and worn out mattresses. The house is in a wonderful location and we biked everyday. The island is beautiful and beach is just a short bike ride away. We rented bikes and beach carts to get our chairs and beach gear there.

This is by our favorite house in the Charleston area. The location was perfect and the house was so well organized. We had more space to spread out that we could ever use. The free bikes were great but the customer service from the bike rental company was not. One of the bikes was not useable and it took our entire trip to get them to fix it.

We had a wonderful family vacation at 157 Bluebill. Our children who had 3 small children stayed in the detached guest house with the bunk beds. We stayed in the main house and had our own master and my wife’s month we had her own master bedroom. Large dining table for the whole group to eat. There was a separate room where the adult children could work remotely. The pool was a huge hit for the grandchildren. We looked for a rental where they would heat the pool later in the season.

We especially enjoyed having two different areas with 2 masters on one side of the home and the guest home on the other side with the courtyard /pool area in the middle. My favorite room was the sunroom which so relaxing and could easily access the pool area from this room. We have stayed in many properties on Kiawah Island but this home has been our favorite!It was such a nice escape from a COVID weary world. As always Akers Ellis was great to deal with from the reservation process to checkout.
