This Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental offers three floors of living space, ocean views, direct access to the beach boardwalk, and exclusive entry to its seasonal community pool. Located at the far end of the Duneside Villa community, the renovated villa is an easy walk to the beach. When you enter, ascend the steps to the second floor to find gorgeous ocean views and the villa’s primary living areas. The living room offers comfortable seating, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the back oceanview deck. Fully equipped for preparing your vacation meals, the open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and dark countertops contrasted against light cabinetry. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with access to the screened porch and back deck. The first floor houses three bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom is located by the villa’s entry and offers two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. The two back bedrooms have access to the first-floor oceanview deck, which has direct beach boardwalk access. One bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. The second bedroom, the master suite, boasts a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with double sinks and a shower. The final bedroom is on the villa’s third floor. This spacious bedroom features two full beds, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with shower. Enjoy relaxing on the second-floor screened porch or spacious sundeck with ocean views. The first-floor offers another oceanview deck. This deck has direct access to the beach boardwalk. The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours! During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park. Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining. RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email. Overall the place was perfect for 3 couples as it was close to the beach as well as the main gate. Really enjoyed the stay. Gave a rating of 3 for cleanliness as carpets are nearing the end of their life (frayed and stained in a few spots). The rest of the property (kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms) were clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at many of your property’s. We enjoyed our stay very much. We plan to book 1102 Duneside next November.I did feel 1124 wasn’t as clean as the others have been. I stayed in the top bedroom and the bathroom trash can and shower rod both had rust on them. My happy place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kiawah is a great vacation location. The beaches are wonderful, especially for children. The property description was accurate. It was clean but needs maintenance in some important areas. I would recommend it with specific attention to the maintenance issues. Covid kept us from eating out but we had a great time anyway and will return to the island.

This property needs a bit of TLC Starting with the paint cans being removed from the linen closet The washer and dryer have mold residue as well as the grout in the bathroom. It is not well maintained for the TOP dollars charged. That being said the location and spacious rooms provided a nice getaway for our family of 7.

Great location with easy access to island attractions. The pool was closed however, and had we known we would have postponed. I understand the virus situation, but we weren’t told about the pool at all. All of our checkin information included pool codes and info. We found out it was closed when we went to go use it. For little kids, the pool is a huge part of the trip. Luckily, we were able to make alternate arrangements elsewhere. Overall, great place!
