Situated in Kiawah Island, this charming house for $629 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our Cypress Point Home is ideally located in the center of Kiawah Island. We are well inside the security gate and our private enclave of 17 homes @ Cypress Point sits in a lovely wooded setting. Featured in Ocean Homes Magazine , Cypress Point was included as one of the top 20 ocean island developments in the world,highly regarded for its eco friendliness and preservation of the natural setting in which it dwells. This community offers security, great neighbours, and a relaxing Zen Pool for owners and guests. Cypress Point appealed to us in many ways. Landscaped courtyards, bright well laid out interiors, the high quality appointments, eco friendly, and the preservation of nature in mind. Our home is airy and well lit, and is decorated with Asian accents, a wonderful getaway for extended families uniting, good friends gathering, And significant celebrations. We offer 2 King Suites a Queen Suite and a superb suite with 2 Double Beds. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, walk in closets, and cable TV . The generous use of marble and tile contributes to the modern, luxurious motif. A powder room is located off the Great Room and entertaining areas. I have equipped the kitchen for gourmet food prep with a gas range, electric oven, convection microwave, refrigerator ice maker, top of the line cooking utensils, and service for ten people. In the Great Room there is Surround Sound, Blu-Ray DVD, IPOD docking station, HD Cable and TV, and the spaciousness of 10 ft. ceilings. The screened porch is at ground level by the main entry, garage, and grilling area. It offers a cottage like getaway to relax, read, snooze and listen to your favorite music. Kiawah is a hidden gem. Drive here, fly here, so convenient to Historic Charleston. Kiawah's ten mile beach is rated as one of the top 10 beaches in North America, and our house is a short walk or bike ride away. Kiawah is rated as the number one tennis facility in the US and there is championship golf readily available, one of which is the world famous Ocean Course. There is a friendly playground nearby and over thirty miles of trails for biking and blading. For the discriminating traveller, vacationing in our home will start a tradition. We have. FYI. Beautiful, well decorated home with a lot of small well-thought details throughout the house: the sitting, the lighting, very pretty decor, well equipped kitchen. And very Cozy! The location is great- 10 mins walk to the beach, 10-mins walk to the Sanctuary
We Enjoyed our stay very much and Highly recommend it! This is our 5th NYE celebration In Kiawah. And I would love to stay in this house again in our future trip.

We loved our weeklong stay over Thanksgiving- the home is beautiful: fully stocked kitchen, comfortable family room, nice large dining table, and all bedrooms perfectly suited for our family’s needs. We didn’t mind the 15 minute walk to the beach. Super easy bike ride away.

Overall very nice property,, nice layout,, a bit of noise carry from upstairs bedrooms,,did have an issue with clogged tub drain in upstairs bath,, called maintenance said would have a plumber,,, said 20 min never showed,,, went to store and bought drano,, couple treatments was better,,, still slow draining

This was our first time on Kiawah island and it is a beautiful place. The Lister home was also beautiful. Everything was well stocked and clean and comfy. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen with sharp knives, and our family appreciated the abundance of bathrooms! We rented bikes, which made exploring the island much easier, along with accessing the beach. It was so nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas provided - we would load up the gear in the truck to make drop off easier. The beach is walkable but not with lots of gear. Our whole family enjoyed our stay and we all agreed we will be back!

We had a great stay! There were 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids) and a dog, and we were very comfortable in this house. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you could need and was so well organized. The screened in porch was probably our favorite spot! We spent a lot of our time in the evenings out there reading or playing cards and didn’t have to worry about bugs. We only used the neighborhood pool once but were the only ones there. It’s the perfect size to cool off after a day at the beach and was empty most of the time when we rode by. The beach was an easy 5-10 minute bike ride, depending on where you want to access the beach. All the kids with us enjoyed being so close to the walking/bike path and went on many bike rides around the island. Communication with Pauline and Bruce was great. We received a house manual with all the information we needed to know a few weeks before our trip. The day we arrived we realized the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. Bruce called immediately after I messaged and offered to send their housekeeper over right away. As it wasn’t an emergency, we had her come the next day and with a quick reset of the modem, we were back in business and had no issues with the Wi-Fi the rest of our trip. We had a wonderful time and are so glad we found this house! It truly is a beautiful house and in a nice, quiet location. Thank you, Listers for sharing your home with us!

Someone who likes to cook I appreciated there were sharp knives! The only downside is the lack of parking space, could only fit 3 cars and had to find somewhere on the island to park the other car.

This was our 2nd time staying in Cypress Point. Our first time at 5505 Cypress Cottage. Everything was wonderful, clean, close to beaches and a short bike ride to just about anyplace we wanted to go. Would highly recommend!

My husband & I along with our dog enjoyed our stay. We rode bikes almost everyday, rented beach set-ups a few times, spent most evenings making wonderful dinners in the well equipped kitchen. We got married on Kiawah 30 years ago and our kids grew up spending every summer there while we owned a home. We wanted to go back and celebrate and share Kiawah with our newly engaged son and his fiancé and our daughter and her boyfriend. This house was central on the island and perfect for our many bike adventures to visit our favorite places.

Four women celebrating years of friendship had a perfect long weekend at this lovely property. There was plenty of room for cooking, eating, chatting and napping. The kitchen was well stocked with every necessity and the dishes and serving pieces were very nice quality. We especially appreciated the four ensuite bedrooms and the elevator! The distance to the beach is a little under a mile and the condo offered lots of beach supplies. Everything met or exceeded expectations. It is clearly well loved by the owners.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is beautifully maintained and has a spacious kitchen and great room that we lived in. Pauline is responsive and so helpful. The pool was great - we we’re usually the only ones there.
