Nice big spacious room with a heater and had insulation!
My bathroom, I had to go outside, literally to go to the bathroom and unlock it with a key.
I’d rather not have to get up at two in the morning and go outside where it’s cold to unlock a bathroom that was apparently just mine but it didn’t sound like it

clean, beautiful, well-designed hostel. The Staffs are kind, friendly. I bought a transfer service to Hidroelectra (round-trip) because I didn't wanna negotiate with local aggressive salesmen in spanish, compare prices in town. It had no problem at all. Highly recommended for everyone.
Early check-in or baggage drop on early morning were impossible. I had to wait 6hours in the bus station until check-in time. Some people arrives in Cusco early morning. If they accept baggage drop, it's perfect.

Polite staff and a lovely little hostel. Clean room and comfortable.
Maybe slightly out the centre but not to far of a walk or uber is cheap and short enough.

The place is clean, and the showers are hot. And they let you leave your bags while doing Salkantay.
I got the worst sleep in this hostel out of any I've been in. The floor is wooden and so creaky, and the bunk beds are all joined together. The result is that when anyone moves around the room normally, it sounds like they're stomping like a giant and the entire bed shakes. With people getting up early to do tours from 2am, there is only a very small window between 11pm and 2am where uninterrupted sleep is actually possible.
I was also overcharged by 10 sol when I checked in, as they insisted on using a USD/SOL exchange rate of 3.8, when the actual exchange rate is 3.4.
You're not even allowed to wash a couple of pairs of pants without being told off, all so that you have to use their laundry service. It's a hostel, people washing a small amount in between full laundry should be expected and catered for. Also got told off for eating breakfast in the wrong place, and leaving a mug to dry on the draining board. Didn't like the vibe of this place, it felt very unfriendly from the staff.
And the location is quite far out of town.
