Gostei muito dos funcionários do Way Kap Hostel, especialmente Samir (recepcao) e Will (bar). Eles foram atenciosos e fizeram a minha estadia lugar melhor.
Também gostei bastante do café da manha. Tem um buffet justo!
Os banheiros também sao limpos, notei algumas vezes pela manha os espacos sendo limpos.
Localizacao é boa, mas fica a uns 6 quarteiroes da Plaza Mayor.
Bar e atividades aos finais de semana também sao um plus para a interacao, principalmente para viajantes solo como eu.
Ótimo custo benefício.
Meu único ponto nāo tao positivo foi o quarto C, pois achei o ambiente pouco arejado. Como havia apenas uma janela, que permanecia fechada, senti falta de uma melhor circulação de ar. Juntamente com a altitude, a falta de circulacao de ar contribuiu para a sensação de falta de ar que tive durante as noites de hospedagem.

Friendly and great hostel. They put on dancing classes on a thur, Fri and sat.. location is up hill so bear in mind if you struggle.
Now. This is where it's let down. The bed and room were great.
I had messaged a head asking for a room with a window because we could see some of the rooms had no windows. On arrival the guy seemed lost when I mentioned the window. So he called a manager. After a quick chat we were told the room we booked had had an accident and had been flooded from the toilet. I asked to see but they couldn't.
So we were in this nice room no window but plastic sky light. The room was so stuffy and hot that we both struggled to sleep. My partner can fall asleep sleep anywhere. We tried leaving the door open before going to sleep but looked on to the enclosed courtyard where reception was. By the end of our stay she didn't feel so great with no ventilation.
Major let down and for this I wouldn't stay here again which is a shame.
Also as all rooms look on to reception area/courtyard it can be loud and music played at times. First night we were there music was loud and went on late. Other nights more staff or guests speaking loudly.
