Breakfast was very good, varied daily, and appealed to various dietetic needs. Staff was So kind and helpful! Kudos, kudos, kudos to those folks!

We had a problem with our reservation (long story). The room I booked was not the room I got and it was supposed to be for 3 nights. Kudos to Christie (not sure of spelling) as she searched her computer and finally found the reservation. It was for a larger suite, but was not available. We kept the one we were checked into and everything turned out fine! The room was also less money!
The bathroom directly outside of the 2nd bed and the tv on the outside of the bathroom wall. So, the configuration of the room.

The staff was helpful
The noise level about my room was pretty bad, the room was too hot and if you turned the heat down it automatically went to cold air for a c. I ended up with a headache. he pool area was freezing, so I asked the front desk if there was anything that could I be done. They closed it and it was ready a couple of hours prior to check out, so my daughter was not able to swim much. Also pillows were uncomfortable
