Location was great. On site parking was awesome, all locked up undercover. The concierge was awesome. Room facilities and cleanliness were great.
The dishwasher and laundry pods were supplied which was generous but they were not marked. We’re from Australia so we were not completely sure which was which. Also the creamer packets were not replenished the second day and not enough so we had no milk option for coffee. But the apartment was lovely and clean overall.

Love the location and the convenience of the garage
When I arrived to my unit, there were a bunch of fruit flies. And Hyatus did supply me with cleaning supplies but frustrating to come back to that.

The apartment was comfortable and just big enough for three people for a short stay. Beds and linen were great. Engagement with Hyatus and concierge staff was excellent.
There was no milk on arrival for coffee; loved the coffee pods. The water filter jug could not be used owing to mould so needs a good clean. Would be good to have dish washing liquid and a tea towel as we didn’t use enough dishes to justify using the dishwasher.

The parking garage, the staff, lounge & the faculties it felt like home...safe, nice & comfortable!
The uncleanliness of the apartment, no wash clothes & water running out of the shower every time we took a shower meaning we had to put several towels on the floor so we wouldn't slip getting out of the shower.
