We stayed with family over Christmas weekend and the house was great. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas which was a nice bonus! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Also can’t beat the location - we walked downtown several times.

Needed a large enough home for 8 adults and a one year old. Our adult children and their SO were getting together with us to celebrate our first grandchild's christening. This house was perfect. A meticulously kept, beautifully decorated Captain's house that was a short walk to everything Newburyport has to offer. Highly recommend.

Our family was able to reconnect with one another during our stay. Enough communal space, a kitchen with cooking supplies, and private spaces and rooms upstairs. The mattresses were comfortable and the upstairs shower was fabulous. Newburyport is super cute and close with good shops and boardwalk.
