About this house rental
Welcome to Plum Island Getaway! Nestled in a central location along the Plum Island strip, this home serves as your home base to all that Plum Island has to offer. Despite being a condo, rest assured that everything showcased in the photos is exclusively for your use—nothing is shared with the other unit. The condo complex includes only two units, and the other unit has a separate driveway, entrance, and deck, mimicking the privacy of a single-family home.

MAIN LEVEL
Relax in the cozy living room that is flooded with natural light. On this floor, you’ll find a full bathroom. Ascend a few steps to a vibrant and modern eat-in kitchen with access to the rear deck. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dinnerware, cookware, a coffee maker (both drip and K-cup options), and more for your convenience.

SECOND FLOOR
The second floor has an office area with a twin bed and trundle. Just a few steps up brings you to the primary bedroom suite with a queen bed and attached bath. The office area has sliding doors that take you to the upper deck. A bedroom with a queen bed is also on this level.

We’ve got your beach day covered! In the shed, you will find:
– Beach chairs
– Beach toys
– Carts
– Beach bikes (Safety first! Helmets are provided for your convenience.)

- Maximum occupancy: 8 people including adults and children
- No portable fire pits
Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.

Location of this property was great - across from the beach and a coffee shop. Plenty of space great living room and a modern kitchen. Bedrooms were on multiple floors with stairs. We had six of us and slept comfortably. Grill and patio area and decks with great views. A great rental property on Plum Island!

Every amenity was thought of for you. From beach towels and bikes to high chairs and first aid kits. So much space to put your things away and enjoy the home.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was clean and well cared for. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lani was easy to communicate with and responded with questions quickly. The property is very close to the water. The beach was practically empty. The town is easy to walk around in. It has a few small shops and restaurants. You can walk through a state park as well which is very close. The town of Newbury Port is a short drive and has lots of shopping and restaurants. A very enjoyable stay. We are keeping this on our list for future stays.

My friends and their spouses came to visit from South Africa. This was the perfect spot to spend time together before my wedding. It had everything we needed and the space was clean.
