Beautiful space, great spa (massage was perfect), relaxing pool area and sauna. We had a beautiful room with an amazing view into nature. There are lots of ubers in the vicinity so it is easy to go to Salento and Filandia (both beautiful). Dinner was really good. The whole dining area is very beautiful. The staff was super nice and very competent.
There are so many mosquitos and the rooms are not really mosquito-proof. There are many open gaps where the animals can come in. The repellant that the hotel offers is not strong enough. We didn’t understand why there are no mosquito nets above the beds. Tip: Buy a raid plug to protect your sleep.
One minor thing: The spa/pool can only be reached through a short road. The hotel offers transport with golf caddies but we mainly walked because we didn’t want to wait or call always.
Wifi is a bit slow.

Great location and friendly staff. The concept of à la carte is good and there were enough choices.
Breakfast concept sadly also meant the following which was very disappointing from a luxury resort.
1. Everything was rationed and had to be asked for including sugar and sauces.
2. What’s presented as a breakfast included rate is not entirely true. Even water is charged extra and any small item above the 1 item entititled to per guest is charged.
This is very petty and left a poor taste in the mouth.
It should say breakfast free but does not include water!!

Beautiful views, private accommodations
Very hard bed. Property is a hotbed of mosquitos. The hotel provides a small spray bottle but they are vicious and attack and leave hard red itchy welts. Steep walk up and down to spa. Uncomfortable check in process.
