Terasu is well located on a short walking distance to the center of Salento, in a calm environment. Breakfast options are nice as well as the hot tub which is a great way to relax.
What was truly exceptional was the support we received from the staff. During our stay an earthquake impacted the region. Despite the very difficult circumstances, the whole team did everything in their possibilities to take care of us and accommodate us for the extra nights we had to spend with them.

The staff is really professional, attentive and helpful.
The breakfast is one of the best I had in Colombia.
The location is fine, although not central.
I think it is a bit overpriced. Yes, there is a sauna and a massage service, but the quality of the room is a bit disappointing: it's small compared to what I've had in other hotels in Salento. Also, the layout of the rooms makes it easy for it to get noisy depending on the guests, as they all face the garden and people pass by early in the morning or late at night.
