Las vistas de la terraza del hotel son maravillosas y el desayuno muy completo y rico.
La atención de todo el staff es excelente. Súper simpáticos y muy amables.
Destacar también los utilities del baño de la habitación. Delicioso el olor del gel de baño y shampoo.
El hotel queda en lo alto del pueblo, por lo que es importante saber que para ir al hotel desde el pueblo, hay que subir una cuesta.

Location was jaw-dropping - objectively the best view the town of Salento has to offer. Staff were lovely, and the rooms were refreshingly modern.
That we didn’t stay for longer!

Good location with very nice view of Cocora valley from common area. Pleasant, helpful staff
My room (208) had no windows and quite stuffy/musty and warm inside, not surprised there was a small portable air conditioner. Room and separate sitting area/patio are adjacent to parking lot and lobby l, so not that private and a bit noisy from people coming/going. This lodging is just not good value for the price. Yes the common area has excellent view of Cocora valley, but you can get this for free in the nearby mirador. I'm sure other rooms are better but even more expensive.
Note: I was also very disappointed that they refused to refund me when I cancelled 2-3 days before a separate reservation a few days later ( coming back from a 3 day hike). Yes, I had no contractual right to a refund (cancellation policy may have been 5 days prior), but it would have been kind, since I had to unexpectedly leave town.
