We honestly loved everything about our stay. From the very first messages, the communication was warm, thoughtful, and professional, and the welcome when we arrived was just as lovely.
Someone was there to greet us and even helped us with our suitcases, which we really appreciated, especially with the steep first steps and the fact that there is no elevator on the ground floor. Of course, this is completely understandable in such a beautiful old building, where installing an elevator is not always possible (but they do have it from 1st floor upwards).
The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch, and we loved all the little details, the design, the maintenance, and the overall care that has clearly gone into the apartments. You can really feel that whoever looks after the property genuinely cares about it and takes pride in how everything is run. As a guest, that makes such a difference. Everything feels beautifully cared for, almost as if you are the very first person to stay there.
A very special thank you to Bernardo, who truly made our stay even more memorable. I was travelling with my daughter on a special trip, and Bernardo was incredibly thoughtful and went out of his way to make our experience even better. He really worked his magic, and we are very grateful for that.
Everything was wonderful: the design, the location, the cleanliness, the attention to detail, and most of all, the feeling of being genuinely cared for as guests.
Lot of good cafes in the area and the luggage storage next to their building worked out perfectly.

We liked the heritage building, the location, it’s very close to great shops, restaurants, cafes, trams. A spacious, well decorated, clean and comfortable apartment with good aircon and helpful staff.
The stairs between the ground floor and elevator on the first floor have a very small tread so could be a bit treacherous, but you just go carefully, it’s an old building so there’s always quirks. Bit of admin getting the digital keys set up on apps for each of us but once done they make entering the building easy and secure so that’s a plus (as long as you have charge remaining on your phone).
