El departamento es perfecto. Está muy bien ubicado para visitar distintos lugares de Lisboa, el barrio tiene vida y abajo hay muchos cafés y restaurantes para tomar desayuno o lo que quieras. El departamento tiene las habitaciones en el primer piso y en el segundo está el Living comedor muuuuy amplio y con vista al mar. Todo nuevo y limpio. Aunque hay construcciones en los edificios alrededor, no es un problema. El departamento es tranquilo y está bien aislado del sonido, soñamos con volver a Lisboa, al mismo lugar.

The property was very clean and spacious, with a large lounge area and good kitchen. There were three bathrooms, two were ensuite. The property was around a ten minute walk from the Time Out Market and there were lots of nice bars and restaurants within walking distance.
For us, communication with the team was a little slow. We had a problem with the apartment door, on arrival, we got in eventually but then we could not lock the door. We rang all the numbers we had and sent messages but it was the following afternoon before we had a response.

We booked the apartment some months before New Years Eve 2025 for a group of 3 couples to celebrate the New Year in Lisbon.
We were delighted with our choice, the apartment is spacious, well furnished, superbly located and a fun place for a small group.
Shortly before our stay, we re-checked the reviews to see whether we may have missed anything that may have put us off.
One review, April 2025, stated ' Not Convenient to anything'... Well the apartment is literally above 2 superb independent restaurants ( Leon (not the UK chain) and Fernando) and there are LOADS of other independent restaurants and trendy coffee bars within a 5 minute walk. It's about 10 minute walk from the Time Out Food Market, about 15 mins from the centre of town and probably 25 mins from the Cathedral and Alfama me district. Its also less than 10 mins to the train station and you can get trams from a 5 min walk to all the other places you may wish to see (eg Belem / LX Factory) ... so it was superbly convenient for everything.
That reviewer also said the area was full of graffiti and was unsafe. Yes there was loads of graffiti, it's called street-art in Europe.. very artfully done. With regards to safety, we never needed to give our personal safety a second thought in this area... the Lisbon people are wonderful.
The apartment itself had fabulous views from the living room windows, you can see right across the Tagus. I imagine it is very airy and breezy with the windows open in the summer.
The door entry system was easy to use and the hosts responded promptly to any queries we had.
Would definitely recommend and would be keen to revisit in spring/ summer
The only small negative regarding the apartment is that the showers were not thermostatically controlled and had the habit of switching from hot to cold to very hot at a moments notice.
The location, Bica, is also undergoing restoration to many buildings. Personally we were pleased to see it as it is now... it could become too 'gentrified' in the next few years (there are already some amazing architectural buildings), but be aware there may be construction noises at times. The Double Glazed and shuttered windows pretty much obscured all noise at night.

El alojamiento estaba bien situado y con unas estancias muy bien cuidadas y limpias.
El servicio de acceso para personas con movilidad reducida ya que si tiene ascensor pero para poder llegar a él hay 2 escalones y viajamos con una persona en silla de ruedas a la cual teníamos que coger en peso y desde el primer día el ascensor hacía un ruido muy extraño y al tercer día de estar allí llegamos al apartamento y sorpresa? el ascensor no funcionaba y estábamos en un cuarto piso y haber como subíamos a la persona en silla de ruedas, llamamos varias veces al anfitrión a varios de los números que teníamos y no nos cogía en ninguno, las del tercero también llamaron y nada, llamamos al 112, policía, bomberos, etc y todos se iban tirando la pelota de tejado en tejado y nadie nos encontraba una solución, por fin conseguimos que vinieran los bomberos a subirlo y al día siguiente a bajarlo. El trato de booking pésimo vamos ya que cuando le llamamos y le explicamos la situación ya colgaron directamente por lo que no volveré a contratar nada con ellos.
