It was close to everything we needed to do

its a cheap and easy stay.
The other occupants can be rude, noisy and affect your well being. there is nothing that can be done but from smokers outside your door to people warming up their trucks at 6am for 20 mins in the morning. above neighbours can be noisy on the floor especially with kids. id say its a great place to stay if you aren't fussy and just want the cheapest option.

The ground floor unit was excellent and all was as expected. Lock box and information was correct and arrived on time. Location suited our needs perfectly.
The only complaint we had was the parking. We were allocated a space that matched our unit number and was vacant when we arrived at 2:30pm. Handy to our unit it was easy to unpack. We attended a function Friday evening and upon our return at 11:00pm a car was in our allocated space. The lane way offered limited opportunities to park and to safely park nearby but not impeding others, we had to park on the verge and on the road. The next morning a large truck had difficulty exiting the lane at 6:30am and I got out of f bed to move the car for them. I wrote a note on the car parked in our spot and insisted that they do not park there again. I spoke to some of the family and said I would involve police if it happened again,
