The location was perfect! Labicana Flat is in such a great spot, really convenient for exploring Rome and within easy reach of so many of the main sights.
The furniture was a little tired and dated and could probably benefit from some updating, but overall it didn’t detract too much from our stay.

The location is perfect for exploring the local sights on foot every day. Everything was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the accommodation had everything we needed. We were welcomed by incredibly kind and friendly hosts, who were very flexible with our check-in time so that we wouldn’t have to carry our bags around the city until the afternoon. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book here again!

The property was clean and well stocked on essentials, coffee machine, toiletries and an adaptable plug which was perfect as we forgot ours. Very spacious balcony which felt very private. The instructions to get in were very easy to follow. We were allowed to drop our bags off early which was very gracious of the host. There was a local shop across the road and a water fountain for drinking water, plenty of restaurants nearby and it was a 5 minute walk to the colosseum I would highly recommend and would certainly stay again

Location , mattress was comfy and the pillows were good however we had to obtain an additional pillow because we were given 3 between two and 1 pillow wasn't enough for my height
The AC didnt work the best , the toilet seat fell apart and there were ants in the bathroom and around the bins - even before we put any rubbish in them.
