Beautiful place to come back to after a long day of sightseeing

This property had everything we needed and more. Very spacious, clean with all amenities we needed. Located in a historic building we enjoyed the beautiful interior and window views. Newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. The location was perfect since you can see the Colosseum from the building entry and walk to it within minutes. Food store/coffee shop and more next door. Perfect for family with kids. The management team is very professional and available readily for anything we needed extra and even provided suggestions for places to eat, what to visit etc. On our last day, we encountered a train strike that cancelled our train to our next destination. Leonardo (the property manager) was so kind to help us out with finding alternate travel and went out of his way to make us confortable and reassuring in a very stressful situation specially with young family. Thank you Leonardo!

Beautiful building

Perfect size and number of beds for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Easy access to good (both value and pricey) restaurants and grocery stores. Sometimes I wish we were closer to the center of town, but we had such quiet and peace of mind here that it was hard to beat.

I recommend to everyone :) Very nice to be there.

Super location. On leaving the apartment you can immediately see the Coloseum. A wonderful flat. Very clean and in a very nice style. Contact with the owner very good. Equipment very good. Two bathrooms in the flat were a great advantage. I recommend to everyone this location for visiting Rome and beyond :)

Good location, worth our money

We arrived Rome at 7am, use hotel shuttle to fetch us to the hotel, the hotel shuttle is 70 Euro for 7 pax, and it is fast and zero hassle. Will recommend to take the shuttle. Host allows us to put our luggage inside the unit before check in, but bear in mind that you can enter the building itself until someone brings you in, if not you will probably get complaint. The cafe beside the hotel has nice food. The apartment itself is okay, clean and have what we need for our stay. Outside the apartment there is a tram station, and there are supermarkets nearby as well.

The apartment is a little old, but given the location and everything else, it is still worth our penny.

Superb

Great location, walkable distance to Colloseum. Had all the amenities and looked pretty much like in the pictures. Rooms are spacious enough for 6 to 8 people. The host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and even helped us out in getting a taxi back. Definitely recommend this place.

Bathrooms are small. But manageable if only for a night or two.

very nice apartment

the apartment was big enough for 9 people, very confortable and the Coliseum was very close to the apartment

the stairs, be careful or wait to use the elevator, I had a little accident at the stairs, nothing that needed medical attention but it could have been worse

Good week

Nice apartment, near to public transport and Colosseum. We were sleeping there only and whole day we were in the city. For this type of vacation it is suitable accommodation. Only good to know that one of two bathrooms is inside one of the bedrooms. Awesome personal, very helpful and kind. Thank you.

One of two bathrooms is inside one of the bedrooms and it is a little bit problematic for seven people and especially for the couple who sleep in this bedroom.

Good location

Located near the Colloseo. between Manzoni metro station and colloseo metro station.

The mattresses are awful, you can feel the strings. the bedding sheets don’t have the right size so it moves during night. No mattresses protectors or pillow protectors. Bathrooms are average.

Great place to stay!

Truly friendly host. Really close to Colosseum. Good transportation options - buses on the street, metro station nearby. The apartment was large, light, beds were large, soft, and comfortable. Two shower rooms.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor but the lift was tiny, it doesn't accommodate a stroller. There was a problem with hot water but it was a random incident and we even got a substantial discount.

In images is 2 apartments and you don't know which one you received. One room have 2 bads and doesn't have enough space.

This apartament was amazing. You can feel the magic in this place. When you go out and look to your right you can see the Colosseum. Host was very nice and funny, he gave us a map and recommend us places to visit and tasty restaurants.

comfortable, even for groups!

The host was very welcoming. He made sure I had everything I needed for our stay. We stayed for 3 nights with a group of 6 boys. The place provided more than enough room to accommodate us all. They even left some snacks for us to enjoy. I would recommend.

The pictures used of the beds that show curtains on the bed railing are old pictures. It is not as dressed up as the picture suggests.

Location and Accommodation amazing!

Quiet, very good location close to metro and Colosseum. Leonardo and his friend were super helpful helping us find free car parking and giving us advice on restaurants and places to see in Rome.

Not up to scratch...anymore

Really close to the Colosseum. Nice secure apartment block.

Pictures are misleading (probably looked like that 3-5 years ago), but not now. It is a tired apartment requiring modernisation. Stains and wear on the walls, flooring, bed toppers, frames, kitchenette (sink area cover hasn't been lowered in a while and congealed food grease all over the top has built up over time). No duvets, so had to use sleeping bags (really disappointing), radiators worked but took a while to pump out the heat. A/C units do not have a heat setting as described, bed frames rickety and one with the four poster (in the picture) is on the verge of collapse. Mattresses need changing - old and mottled. Silver fish living in the bathroom (not a good sight). No obvious parking close by, had to use a parking lot 8 minute walk away at €25 a day.

Great bus service near the apartment.. No. 85 and 87 took you into the centre.. Trevi the main area

Good location, Leonardo was there waiting with the keys when we arrived. Good information and was available if we needed information or any issue with the apartment.,

Definitely not made for self catering

The location of this place is wonderful

When we got the apartment it had not been cleaned! The kitchen is in one of the bedrooms and is Very poorly stocked. So this apartment is definitely not suitable for self catering. The owner of the property was also not very helpful or friendly when we had a misunderstanding regarding early check in.
