- Location: wonderful and just like 7-8 mins to Colosseum, so we could enjoy the day and night view of this grand landmark everyday when we were in Rome. Nearby, there is supermarket and subway station all within walking distance, and a lot of decent restaurants for food and drink.
- Apartment: stylish deco, well equipped. It is quite spacious for 3 persons.
- Host: very friendly and appreciate they have shared with us a lot of helpful suggestions of what to try in the neighborhood.

The location is great. You can see the Colosseum from outside. The building itself is also very beautiful and historical.
My family and I didn't have a great experience at this apartment. To start, we had to wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes since the bar they asked us to wait in was closed (we arrived within the normal check-in time and told them when we would arrive). When we went inside, we realized a bed was missing and another bed didn't have an actual blanket. One remote for the heater also didn't work. The bathrooms were very small (which wasn't an issue) but one person in our group with stability issues didn't feel safe in one of them due to a step. I messaged the owners about some of the issues (missing bed and blanket, etc.) and the only response was to give them a rating of 10 on booking.com. This was our least favorite stay in Italy.
