Clean and convenient hostel right in the middle of Puerto Viejo. Took a double room and overall enjoyed my stay. Place has a kitchen where visitors can cook and prepare meals. Night-time security.
The shared bathroom was a bit sub-standard (single one for 4 standard rooms). You get a tourist wristband like a 18y old.

This hostel was clean and well styles. Very close to the bus stop, and arriving after a long trip, a short walk down the street. The room was comfortable for one night and the shower had hot water and was clean. The lady who checked us in was polite and helpful.
This place met my expectations so I would recommend staying here.

Lovely common area and kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed.
The staff were helpful and friendly and the cleaner did a great job in our room everyday. Plus there was a cute cat
The air-con in our room was great as well
The common area was big and had loads of cards and games to borrow.
There was only one shower/toilet between 4 rooms. So if someone was in the toilet you could now shower.
Also someone stole 2 containers of papaya that we labelled.
