Luxury continues

Zabeer is the best signature hotel in Jashore, for sure. They are trying to maintain the standards at their best. Rooms are spacious, equipped, and comfortable. The best thing is their free massage chair at the reception lobby. Don't forget to check that out.

The swimming pool and rooftop restaurant are under refurbishment process. The reception could be improved and so is the service.

Not worth the price

The suite was clean. This has made me feel happy.

The staff are not that much cooperative. They are even restricted the guests to bring food from outside like a hospital, when their food is not up to the mark. The swimming pool was never operational which they had not mentioned earlier.

Restaurant toilets at level 2 are not clean as expected and the tissue holder was detached on top.

The online price was exceeded during paying off due excessive VAT/city tax and dollar conversion rate.

The rooms rate is expected to be little lower.

The restaurant was supposed to be open 24hours we couldn't order food after 10.30pm as it was closed. They didn't let us bring our own water bottle. The chicken fry we had in the bar was so hard and chewy couldn't eat them. Insufficient stuff. Very unprofessional behavior. Very dissapointed

Staff was nice. Room was nicely cleaned during the day while we were gone. Room was good size. Buffet breakfast was mainly Bangladeshi, and the food was good. The rooftop restaurant is a nice hangout space.

The toilet in our room didnt always flush. The corridors had a strong smell of cigarrettes. The pool wasn't heated. The hotel had loud music playing till about 11PM. The quality of the food in the two restaurants was so and so. Overall maintenance and cleanliness should be higher for a 4-star hotel. For the price you pay you can expect more. Not all staff was wearing masks.

This is the best hotel in town. But need more careful for guest's comfort.

Facilities are there but with faults. Room, beds are good.

The hotel has facilities but most of has tiny problematic. Like A/c was not work properly when we checked in. It means, they didn’t check properly. Wster passing line was block at shower place which they didn’t check, Toilet hand shower licking, TV & locker batteries didn’t working. They shipped me one room to another room but found problems few problems in first room to another. Should careful on maintainance.

roof top garden was excellent but lot of mosquito.

need to hire international standard management. breakfast was not too much variety. not perfect equipments at my suite.
