Estancia tranquila en temporada baja

Visitamos en temporada baja y fue ideal porque estuvimos muy tranquilos. El apartamento era grande, estaba limpio, las camas y el sofá eran muy cómodos y la cocina pequeña pero bien equipada. Sin duda lo mejor es la terraza, aunque es compartida, pero no tuvimos ningún problema con los otros huéspedes aunque quizás ha sido gracias justamente a ir en temporada baja y que en las noches cada uno estaba en su apartamento. En la zona fue muy fácil aparcar y está a unos 15 minutos caminando de la zona de restaurantes.

Cada apartamento tiene un nombre pero no lo indicaban en la confirmación de la reserva, lo que nos habría venido bien porque llegamos cuando estaba bastante oscuro. Simplemente es una recomendación, sí que nos enviaron una foto con la ubicación, pero al estar todo tan oscuro no teníamos muy claro dónde estábamos. Respecto a la estancia en sí, estuvo todo genial.

Nice little house, fully equipped. Plenty of outdoor space. Friendly owner who passed by, enquired if all was fine and gave good advice on places to go to.

In hot weather, it was hard to cool the upstairs bedrooms. There is a public footpath passing by the outdoor seating.

Beautiful apartment overlooking a cove

Great location had dishwasher and clothes washer.

No beach towels or extra bath towels. No simple condiments like salt, pepper, oil etc. Grill was filthy, no place to put ashes after use. Need a metal ash bucket. Aluminum foil would be nice so the grill could be covered.

Superb

The stunning location overlooking a cove, the view (and sound) of the sea directly from the room, the scenic terrace...it's just unparalleled. Sant Elm is a quiet little village that's a bit isolated and can be reached through a short drive through a winding mountain road. There are buses but I was advised to rent a car and indeed it gave me the freedom to move around and explore at my leisure. There are hiking paths however that start pretty much at the property so driving is not that essential. The apartment has everything you could ever need to stay and prepare food, the kitchen is small but very well equipped. The bed is on the harder side, probably ok for most people but me and my achy joints prefer a softer mattress. All in all this place is an amazing value for money and the location is just unbeatable. I'm definitely planning to be back soon. The housekeeper Božana is a sweetheart and always available to help.

On the last night when a noisy group checked in the apartment next door, I was glad I had just purchased some ear plugs. Definitely recommend those if you like your sleep as the walls don't isolate sounds much. As I was only staying a few days, I would have welcomed kitchen basics like salt, pepper, oil etc as it wasn't worth buying all this stuff, however Božana promptly lent me some condiments when I commented on it. Apparently other guests don't like sharing these basics.so maybe that's just my preference. All in all these are just very minor issues that don't take away from how much I've enjoyed staying at Punt Blanc.

Cute and spacious house view amazing ocean views!

The location was amazing, especially from the living room you have great views on the ocean. The thing I loved the most was the little staircase towards a lovely rocky place on the beach which you can reach from the back side of the house. We arrived by car and there is enough space to park. Upon arrival, we called the host to help us with the key lock box and he was there within 2 minutes, which was amazing service. Both hosts were really kind, definitely recommend the accommodation for 4 or 5 people.

Dissapointed- public street right through the Garden. Old house.

We have to say, that we are not really happy with our stay. The toilet upstairs did not work. The electritcity of the house broke down twice. We think that the light of the bathroom upstairs causes the Problem. The bathrooms drains smell very much. The bathroom door was with black molt! Showering with warm water is just a 10 Minutes fun- impossible if 3 people need to shower. Furthermore it would be more than polite to write down on booking.com that there is a public stairway right through the Garden with people constantly crossing and checking whats on your table. A shame not to be honest about that and missguiding clients. The owner was not open for feedback. Neither for compensation. And above that, the neighbour house is being renovated so we had the noice of a jackhammer all day long. The Walls where thrilling aswell. We are not the type of people complaining a lot. But we spent a lot of money and hoped to find a chill house at the sea. We are dissapointed. We really are.

Amazing place for vacation!

The best place for vacation! Amazing views, sea, nature around. Very comfortable, there are everything you need in apartments. We like everything, it was no one thing we dislike. Very friendly stuff. Very clean. There are everything to cook yourself. The village is very cozy, nice, clean and quiet. We stayed in this apartment in February and had a wonderful time! Hope to come back soon.

Very quiet and enjoyable

It was a very quiet place which was exactly what I was looking for. It is a simple, but very clean and nice place with a spectacular view over the bay

I prefer fitted sheets for the bed. However that is just my personal preference and I don’t mean it in a too negative way. But fitted sheets would provide more comfort

Beautiful quiet place with a stunning view, close to the village.

The house is very charming and the terrace with the view and the sunset are absolutely amazing. The person who came over for the payment was very friendly. The village of Sant Elm and the house are both perfect for a family with children.

The mattresses on the beds weren't very good, I felt a spring in my back on one side. Other then that, everything was perfect.

Short break in Sant Elm

The location was fantastic, a nice walk into the town. The patio was lovely to relax in and the facilities at the apartment were great.

The lack of air conditioning was really problematic - the heat prevented you from sleeping (fans are noisy and don't effectively cool the air). The fact that the confirmation said that check out was between 2pm-4pm and at 12noon, the cleaner was insisting that we leave - with nowhere to store our suitcases! One of the owners said that we could leave our bags in the corner of the apartment.
