El apartamento está localizado en una urbanización a 17 Km de Vinaroz y de las playas. Aunque es tranquilo y silencioso y la piscina es estupenda, el apartamento no lo hemos encontrado adecuado al anuncio publicado (las fotos serán de hace años).
- No nos ha parecido adecuada la entrada al apartamento, entrega de llaves sin ningún tipo de indicación de cómo funciona todo, sin la revisión previa de que todo funcionara correctamente y por su puesto sin haber limpiado lo necesario (armarios de la cocina con restos en su interior, agarradores sucios, chorretones en la parte exterior de los armarios y nevera, polvo en las mesitas de noche, pelos en los desagües del baño, la grifería con manchas de cal y suciedad, …), totalmente intolerable con la situación que estamos viviendo con el COVID. Limpieza satisfecha al día siguiente, pero no deja de haber sido un disgusto y unas condiciones nada higiénicas y más teniendo en cuenta que íbamos acompañados de nuestra hija (una menor).
- Gran parte de la ropa de casa está en malas condiciones, toallas viejas y deshilachadas por los lados, camas sin los protectores de colchón, colchas rotas y con manchas, cojines sucios y malolientes, mantel roto, sucio y mugriento en su parte interior, …
- La vajilla y cubertería compuesta por 4-5 tipos diferentes de platos, vasos y cubiertos y algunos desconchados.
- Menaje básico insuficiente, faltando: aceitera, vinagrera, rallador, colador, espumadera, cazo y cucharón, salvamanteles, rascador vitrocerámica, manteles decentes …
- Mesa de la terraza y mantel en pésimas condiciones, ambos viejos y rotos, cambiada la mesa por una nueva a los 3 días.
- Campana extractora y lavavajillas estropeados. Lavavajillas cambiado por uno nuevo después de una semana, el extractor sigue estropeado.
- El baño no tiene ningún aplique, toallero o colgador para poner las toallas o el rollo de papel higiénico.
- El sofá de la terraza ni lo hemos usado, pensando en que, si ni tan siquiera se han lavado las fundas de los cojines del sofá del comedor, cómo van a lavarse las fundas de los cojines del sofá exterior que se ve que tiene un tiempo. No nos daba ninguna fiabilidad.
- Tumbonas inexistentes (solo salen en las fotos)
Conclusión: Precio excesivo para la calidad ofrecida. Gran decepción cuando esperas disfrutar dos semanas de vacaciones en condiciones ideales. El sentimiento que nos queda es de que nos han tomado el pelo. Espero que este comentario sirva para que no le pase a nadie más.
