About this apartment rental
Elegant apartment of 140 m2, with elevator. Parquet floors. It has three double bedrooms, with capacity for 5 people, in the heart of the center and very close to the shops, the marina, Canalejas and the Esplanade, you can reach Postiguet Beach in 10 minutes, giving a pleasant walk under the palm trees The Esplanade or under the sun along the port. It has two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower; Spacious and sunny living-dining room with terrace and beautiful views of the port and the Paseo de Canalejas and Avenida Doctor Gadea.
Completely equipped and of great comfort, it has air conditioning (heat / cold). Has independent kitchen with ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, water heater. Smart TV. It has WiFi connection.
Two bedrooms consist of 2 separate beds and the third consists of a double bed. The master bedroom also has a double sofa bed.

We extended our stay in this excellent apartment through this booking. We loved it so much that we have already booked it again for an extended stay next year. The apartment is very clean, extremely well furnished and supplied. The view is terrific. The beds and furnishings are comfortable and the hosts are very helpful. The location is perfect. Close walking distance to tram, train, bus, port, grocery and other stores. It is also far enough away from the main tourist attractions that it does feel overwhelmed by the tourist mobs.

Beautifully furnished, spacious, very clean, comfortable beds, everything works. Good WiFi connectivity. Excellent orientation by owner. Fabulous view. Close to large supermarket and main tram station, yet away from the most popular and crowded tourist hotspots. We didn’t need the a/c. A space heater would have been welcome on a few cold nights.

2nd stay at this lovely apartment, spacious and well equipped. View from balcony is fab looking over to the harbour and street below. Location is great lots of restaurants, bars and shops near by. We loved our stay here

The communication from booking to arrival was excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean albeit a little dated in parts. The beds were comfortable, the pillows not so. The shower pressure was great although one is a hand held as the wall fixer is broken. The location is fabulous, just a couple of minutes to the shops, restaurants, bars and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. It is a great base for a group of friends. The balcony was far smaller than it appears in the pictures and the outdoor seats had no cushions so we didn't use it.
