Très bon emplacement

Appartement au 8e étage avec vue sur mer. Salon et chambre très spacieux. Balcon très grand. Accès direct à la piscine et la plage. Un grand centre commercial est situé juste à côté.

Seuls 2 personnes ont accès à la piscine. Il faut donc payer un supplément pour les autres personnes.

Definitely recommended!

Great facility and territory! Nice view and high floor. Location is very good - near West beach with bars and restaurants. The apartment is modern and very big, they have everything you need for living.

The parking card was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait for another day. Not a big problem but anyway brought some inconvenience.

You must arrange luggage storage. Our flight from DXB was in the evening and check out was at 11 . There is no place to store suitcases.

I will come back

Everything was great. It's very close to the beach (we stayed in the Southern building) and to the pool. They provide towels. Sun beds are free and the pool is very big. Room is not very luxurious, but the view is amazing and it has everything you need (we have kids so being able to cook a bit from time to time and to wash some clothes it's a good thing) Internet is good as well (1Gb)

We were supposed to get a card access for the building's door, but we did not receive it. However there's a guard there that opens the door for you; there were a few occasions when no one was there though. Location (applicable to the entire Palm Jumeirah area) is pretty isolated. You don't have many areas where you can take long walks. However the Nakheel Mall is very close and you can take the monorail train to various locations around the island. We stayed another week in JBR and it's a lot more animated and touristic.

Spoiled vacation, not recommended

The Guesta liaison officer was polite and understanding.

Dirty air conditioners, no central light switches, crumbling furniture, burned-out light bulbs, little privacy, broken shower, cracked bathroom sink, leaking faucets… and so on…

Missing access key but everything else was perfect

Exceptional view and incredible pool, river and beach, the rooms was large and comfortable.

they didn’t provide the access key on time, we suffered to enter the property and the pool area, make sure to ask for it before you reach there.

Great location, accomodation, pool, beach, overall top notch service.

This accommodation inside was everything we need, as we were at home. Outside even better, the infinity pool and lazy river pool are really top. The best of all was that we did not need any towels at the pool, everything was provided within the complex. The mall is across the street so you can get anything you want in a couple of minutes. The cherry on the top of everything was the amazing host Bobur that provided us with every information and detail. For sure we will come back.

Excellent facility with all the amenities included. Perfect home away from home…with a pool and beach included.

Excellent facilities, spacious and well appointed.

Arrived on a Friday night and were unable to obtain a key card. This created some difficulty when we attempted to enter the facilities from the outside, having to wait for someone to open the door. From the garage side we were able to electronically communicate with security and gain access to the building.

the photos are misleading, we got the apt on the ground floor instead of the apt with the nice balcony and the view. the sofa was dirty and smelly. the access to the pool was only through the residence card, which wasn’t provided on the spot, we had to ask for it, for 3 adults we were only given 2 cards, so not all of us had access to the pool. the Stuff in the complex were rude

We did not like the place and left after first night despite the fact that we had paid 5 nights. One mistake I made, I thought it was a two bedroom apartment but it was a one bedroom apartment. But also the apartment itself was not very nice. I thought there was direct beach access but you had to walk. Also: We were three but only two had access to the beach, the thrid had to pay. We came a day earlier and should pay the night in cash, also the deposit was requested in cash. No credit card accepted. We got messages from a US phone all the time although we had a local contact - everything really weared so we cannot recommend the place. However, beds were comfortable

Perfect spot on Palm Jumeirah!

Stylish, spacious, comfortable apartment with amazing views of the Marina and Palm Jumeirah! Izzatulloh and GUESTA team members did an excellent job from pre-arrival through checkout, as we felt well informed and accommodated (Izzatulloh even went to the trouble of meeting us for our very late check in at 1:30am). The location at the beginning of the Palm was extremely convenient for transit in all directions, and having the Nakheel mall across the street was great for meals and groceries. Finally, the pool and lazy river were gorgeous and never crowded. We spent 5 nights - next time we will do 2 weeks! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Bad security but good placd

Good location, friendly people, private beach (very clean and well maintained). It's good if you have children.

Security issue. I left my expensive sunglasses at the pool, and somebody stole it. The apartment inside is not very new but still is good. They keep saying please let us know if you have any concerns, but they don't take care. They didn't care about my gunglasses. the sea is with lots of rock. you have difficulties to walk on the water.

Good residence, not so good apartment

I really loved the residence itself, but not the flat. Nice swimming pool, private beach, perfect location for rest, great hotel nearby, nice lounge zone, promenade with restaurants and mall walking distance from the place. The stuff working for the apartment was good and easy to communicate with.

Unfortunately, I still can’t recommend the apartment. It was very old used apartment with outdated design, not painted walls, overused furniture, horrible bathroom. I never cooked there and only came back for sleep because it was not pleasant place to stay at. They have nice sq.m and even a terrace: but it wasn’t made clever or comfortable to stay at. Passing people can see you when you are in the terrace which is ground floor, would be much better to have garden fence around this terrace to be able to enjoy it with privacy.

Lovely break

We had a very nice room and the amenities like Netflix, washing powder and crockery was very useful.

I think the cleaning staff could have been more thorough, but nothing that wasn’t immediately fixable.
