We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was luxurious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the location on Palm Jumeirah was excellent. Our kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool and had a great time.
Nothing significant to complain about. Our only regret was that our stay was too short, as we would have loved to spend more time enjoying the hotel and its facilities.

The view on the Palm was gorgeous.Staff in the hotel were all very nice.
The hotel felt old and dated.The suite was facing the road which was noisy and there was extremely loud construction going which should have been on booking.com and the hotel should have detailed this upon arrival.The food was of a very low standard and the scrambled eggs at breakfast were inedible,
