The room
The construction noise during night time.. opposite site.. we can't do anything.. the construction was happening round the clock.

• The warm welcome upon arrival, including the welcome drink.
• The facilities were very clean, well-maintained, and relaxing.
• I really appreciated the healthy and varied choices available for both dinner and breakfast.
• The staff were very friendly and attentive, from the reception(Sheila) team and restaurant staff (Thelma) to the lifeguard.
• All the staff appeared well-trained, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.
• I would have preferred a bigger room or more spacious areas, especially for a longer stay.
• I unfortunately didn’t get the chance to join any of the activities during my stay. It would be nice to have more flexibility or opportunities to participate in the activities offered.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms with their amenities, staff behavior was also professional especially at the box office / concierge. Location is great next to the most popular hotels in the Palm.
I didn't like the food options, the selection and ingredients were so poor. We have been told at the reception to check the website for facilities, F&B. some of the menus were not available as staff said that this is old (surprisingly), we asked about the happy hour for drinks, the staff said that it was unavailable and later we found out that there was a hidden menu for the happy hour but was not shared with us. it was not a nice thing, because you lost revenue more while trying to sell the expensive stuff you have. Our room was not sea view which was understandable, but it is overlooking on a building workshop behind and it was super noisy in the morning (not a pleasant wake-up call).
The most annoying thing was letting some guests use the pool wearing their shirts which is super filthy and not hygienic and annoying for other pool users. we had to go to the lifeguard and tell him that this is not acceptable, so he went and talked to them but still the damage was there. i think you need a stricter policy on the pool to avoid such incidents to happen from the beginning.
