This is true luxury. One of the best hotel stays of ourlives. The team was exceptional and took extra care because it was our 10th wedding anniversary.

The staff were amazing. We had a death in the family and had to cancel our stay from 4 nights to 1. They gave us a full refund for the days not stayed!
Not much. Price could be a little better.

Only the cleanliness
Till today I’m waiting for the manager to call
They didn’t give me the right key for my kids room after travelling the whole night when I called from our second room they said they will send up 30 min later still no key eventually when I called the lady said pls come down and collect ure key
