Breakfast was overall good, variety was there, the breakfast menu options are a nice touch. During peak hours it became a bit like a fastfood restaurant chaotic, loud and less clean.
Dinner options were a bit limited and medium quality food but they do offer reasonable (family) package
Staff is friendly and willing.
I didn't like the AC being placed right above the bed which resulted in restless nights where it either was too cold or too warm.
I didn't like the neatness/ cleaning details of the housekeeping. They only cleaned on the surface, no deep cleaning and I had too ask multiple times for additional toiletries or changing of the linnen
Also expect a hotel from this caliber on this location to offer a shuttle.

Showers were nice
Kids club was nice
Breakfast service very disorganized
They put a bunch of young noisy boys in the next door room next to me and my family. They were very loud, swearing, and disrespectful. Spent all night and next day complaining to security. They didnt care too much until i said i’ll call police.
Beach sand very messy with sharp stones, unmaintained. Water dirty full of dead sea weed like a lifeless lake.
