I really love the surprise for my son's 2nd birthday. It exceeded my expectation. When we had dinner the second night, they sang a happy birthday song for him since it's his birthday the next day so we are very happy with the staff's nice gestures during our trip :) My baby also love the pool!
I think it would be better to vary the breakfast and dinner menu at least every other day, especially for guests staying two nights or more. For breakfast, the hot dishes could be rotated, while dinner could have different themes each night to avoid repetition.
For our first night, we were also disappointed that no menu was offered when we arrived, so we didn’t know we could order. We had to ask, and the food took quite a while to arrive. This was especially difficult as we had a toddler with us, who became very upset from hunger. We appreciated the complimentary pineapple juice, but unfortunately, the long wait affected our first evening. We were also disappointed that the braised beef was unavailable for both nights of our stay.

Had a lovely birthday stay at TH8 Palm Beach Resort! ❤️ Special thanks to Sumana at reception for upgrading our room, Thiha for the beautiful rose and cake surprise, and Vincent from the restaurant for the thoughtful birthday cake.
The room was clean, and we loved the beach and pool. The little gestures from the staff made the birthday experience extra special. Would definitely love to come back! ✨
