This adorable 1/1 condominium is located in the Oceanside. (Mile marker 90) This unit is located in a well maintained community. This beautiful oceanfront condominium has many amenities such as - heated swimming pool, private beach area, clubhouse, tennis court, gym with sauna, washer/dryer facility, Tiki Huts, BBQ grills, and picnic areas on the water. This home features one bedroom and one bath, full kitchen, living room, and balcony. This home sleeps two to four people very comfortably. It has a queen-size bed and a full size pull out couch. The home is complete with: stove, microwave, refrigerator, color TV (with cable), VCR/DVD. All towels and linens, sheets, dishes, pots, and pans are provided. This home is spotless and a great way to stay in the Keys without spending a fortune. This condominium is located on the fringe of Key Largo which offers vacationers many great opportunities.

This condo was perfect for the two of us to unpack and stretch out! We loved watching the birds from the patio. Be sure to notice the ospreys nesting on the light pole on the football field directly across from the patio! We appreciated the closet full of extras like games, a cooler for day trips, and a wagon to help with big loads from the car. It was nice having the option of a classic coffeemaker and a Keurig. The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked great.The location is fantastic, close to Highway 1 to take you wherever you want to go.The pool was awesome, plenty of covered seating for when you've had enough sun. Meditation Point on the beach was very peaceful during sunrise. We would happily stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and accommodating. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and store our food. The condo was conveniently located so we were able to drive in and out to explore all the Keys. We went to Key West one day and was only a 2 hr drive. We loved the balcony and went to the pool once. It was sparkling clean and the temp was very pleasant. Was a great place to stay and we would definitely come here again if we ever make it back to the Keys! John was easy to get in touch with and gave us instructions on how enter the condo in a timely manner.

Great location, clean, and excellent communication! The heated pool was a surprising plus for December! Highly recommend and will book again!

The sea gull condo was a wonderful stay. The area was beautiful and residents there are very friendly. I do have to say the condo does need updated and needed to be cleaned a little better. But over all John was amazing.
